Explain the Kansas and Gophers thing.A fair question that deserves a straight answer.I went to high school and undergrad in Minnesota. My first winter in MN was the Burton/Newbern/Lynch/Shikenjanski team that knocked Illinois (Anderon/Gill/Battle/Bardo) out of the #1 spot.

Many years later after getting married and starting a family, we moved to KC, and I went to grad school at KU.
