GM's thread about nothing (32 Viewers)

They deserved to lose. When did we start sucking at women's soccer too? At least the USA will always have dog soccer.
They had plenty of chances, especially in the 1st half. How many missed shots did they have? Some poor defensive efforts early, too. Sweden played well, I thought.
20-6 advantage in shots for US, but only 6-5 US in terms of shots on goal. Time of possession was 53-47% US.Argentina/Colombia on the Spanish-language channels tonight at 8:45 ET.
I'm all for gambling on women's soccer, but actually discussing women's soccer (in here) seems wrong.
We're on fumes!

Intralasik Post-Op Instructions

Do not participate in strenuous physical activity: Some normal activities can be done about 48 hours after surgery, but should be done with caution. Golf and light work outs are all allowed one day after surgery, but with any outdoor activity, protective eye wear should be worn. Reading, working on the computer and watching television are also allowed 24 hours after surgery, but it is recommended to keep the eye moisturized with eye drops. After three days, playing with children, sexual activity, and sunbathing are all allowed with proper care taken to protect the eye area. In seven days more strenuous activities such as jogging, light biking, and lifting weights can be added. Avoid contact sports that could result in the eye getting hit for at least four weeks.
It hasn't been three days yet. Should I wear goggles for this? Please advice. :nerd:

"Restoring faith in humanity" story of the day: Mr. krista and I returned from Nicaragua last night and, upon arriving at our house, discovered that Mr. krista had left our Nook on the plane ( ). I went into my e-mail to get our flight number and noticed an e-mail entitled "Nook". It was from an employee of Delta who had found the Nook and discovered my e-mail address on it. He then proceeded to drive to our house from the airport at 12:20 a.m. to bring us the Nook.

If I were that employee, I would have hinted that I wanted a reward, then I would have returned the Nook after erasing it, loading it up with Sweet Valley High books, and then defecating on it. So I guess he's a better person than I am, I get it already.

I think it should be "Fireplaces for caylee" Who doesnt have their porch light on at night? You wanna show some support? Light your fireplace in July

Tonight at 9PM check in

We did give him a reward, though he didn't hint at it. No evidence of defecation, either.

I just want to give a big thanks to Sonny and Chaos Commish.

You guys gave me some great info and I really appreciate it. I was on a tight schedule and had lots of people to see/please so I didn't get to do everything you guys laid out for me.

I did however have a great meal at La Sirena Grill. Chicken mole enchiladas were ####### great and their salsa and guacamole was also awesome. I also stopped in La Penita for some tacos on my way to Hermosa Beach. Great authentic mexican and the old man was there and cool as ####.

Fushion Sushi in Manhattan Beach was pretty good. Manhattan Creamery had homemade mint chocolatechip chipwiches. Perfect on a hot 4th of July.

The Shade Hotel was one of the best places I've stayed. Only 30 rooms or so. Sweet rooftop deck/pool. The lounge was jumping saturday night. They also have a pretty great burger there. And turndown service include Figi water and 2 locally baked cupcakes and they switch up the variety every day. Also, Craig Robinson from East Bound and Down/The Office was staying there as well.

Again, good looking out fellas.

:lmao: One of my students put his iPod in his friend's backpack at the end of our Disneyland trip. He forgot about it until the next day. His friend brought it to him later that night. The friend had used his little sister's computer and loaded about 60-70 Justin Bieber, and the like, songs on it.

Chaos, I work in the Valley. I love tomatoes. :) :D
I have a question for you, Mrs. BSR. Am I remembering correctly that you used to send certain members, among them a quite verbally gifted scientist, cheesecake that you baked? How did you manage that? Overnighting a package would cost a lot. Did you use FedX, UPS, USPS, other?

I've owned a car for the past 10 years. I'm ok with it. 16K for 95K miles. Someone tell me what my next car should be and where I should get it from...I have a year for my 1st born. Thats why I can't rock the Saturn anymore

Pixies is a band I never really got into. Sort of feeling like I missed out here.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RhoUt9y-DHslast 4 1/2 minutes epic
Not a huge fan of the Pixies..but you can find a better tune from them. I hope.

I have to give a 5-7 minute speech for Toastmasters tomorrow. I have no idea what topic to speak on. I always procrastinate on writing my speech, but this has been the worst.
Decided to speak on the only play I ever made in organized football, in the 7th grade. I intercepted a pass to seal the game away. My dad who was at the game swore he didn't see the play, but a week later showed me pics he had taken at the game and he actually captured the interception on film in a bit of freak luck.

Zooks on timeout btw? Havent seen him around.
Yeah, zooks, kevzilla, sacamano...the nineteen aliai of Tanner Boyle...bunch of line steppers, the lot of 'em.
Hate those guys.
:goodposting:
Got back from vacation last night. I didn't miss anyone of you degenerates (except for the female degenerates)It was a lovely vacation (thanks for asking) Once a year I take my son to my Uncle's vacation home in the Adirondacks and hangout with Cousins, Uncles and Aunts. Great weather, fireworks, beer, waterpark, stole a thong, my Uncle crapped his pants in his sleep, tons of young vacationing females, good food, my son caught 2 fish.... good times all around. Cliff's notes on the last 12 to 15 pages here?

I must have taken about 15 pictures of my son in front of this Gorilla thing at the waterpark, until I could get the blonde in the bikini in the picture. Does that make me a bad Dad or a bad person? Or just cool?
