My power has been out for over 6 hours now. I'm charging my iPhone via my laptop battery. I just bought a ####ton of good food at whole foods yesterday. It's all going bad, isn't it?

where are you?btw, that is why you have a whole house generator or a portable you can run the house on... i also keep multiple 2 liter bottles of frozen water in the chest freezer... cheap insurance if you don´t have a generator...of course the bottles are also what i use to keep the keg cold during fantasy football weekend. - i´m cheap... 4 rotating bottles (set of 12) plus the initial ice bath keep the beer a lot colder than a kegerator...

How long does this make the keg last? Also, what size tub/container are you using to keep the keg in?

i use a 55-gal hefty trashcan(with a hole drilled about 2 inches below what would be the top of a half). i have some old moving blankets i wrap around everything. start it off with about 70-80 lbs of ice and then put 3-4 bottles in in the morning and another 3-4 sometime during the evening. repeat. been using this with a c02 system for several years... using a c02 system the keg can last for several weeks...

When you click on Circles, and I have 500 but other people I have sent invites to only were given 60 and 100. Seems random to me. And if anyone still needs one I have plenty.
