GM's thread about nothing (38 Viewers)

Going to have to work late tonight and have dinner in the office. Pad thai or barbecue?
Pad thai.I'm willing to let the hive-mind help me make picks for this thing. How do we set this up? AIM?
I'd just be blindly picking names off a list the same as you. Really haven't followed NFL closely the past 3-4 years.
:lmao:
Cut the bull ####. I've seen you in the shark pool a fair amount of time the last few years.

this has potential  settle it at GTOTM 2012?

First day back at work today. We have a couple of new teachers. One of them has the first name of Jasper.

It's a woman.

Got into a wreck on the drive home today :hot:

Stupid lady two in front of me slammed on her brakes for no good reason.

Guy in front of me slammed into her then my car bounced off his.

The other two, drivable. My car? Cracked radiator, busted bumper, busted hood and who knows what else.

Can't wait to see how much this will be!

Oh yeah, I'm the only one that got cited

For X... Just took this photo of two cats on leashes on the Hudson River tonight. Granted the owners looked a little "different", but it can be done. Hell the cat on the banister was being walked with a rope.

Cats on Leashes

came into work today and my entire cube was filled with cat paraphernalia......

i like that shtick

excused myself to use the litter box and everybody was in stitches, easy crowd.

Is there a waiting list for when people with less funny captions than mine drop out and I can take the spot I should have had, but I'm sure I must have been inadvertently excluded from?
which caption do you feel was unfairly excluded? I don't recall seeing any of your work during the judging process. Many of the options were horrible so if you have a case, I'll see what I can do.
:lmao: at this whole thing.

Well it sounds as if you were following too closely

I'm just going to throw this novel idea out there, but you MIGHT want to go to the doctor.
 Going tomorrow first thing. All urgent care places close at 8 around here and I don't see this as being ER worthy.
Update?
Mr. YSR (who was strongly in the ER camp last night) had me up at the break of dawn today and we were at our local Urgent Care place right at 8:00. The doctor confirmed the pharmacist's diagnosis, and said that it was smart for me to come in. I was bitten by some type of toxic spider (obvs not brown recluse, but a much milder variety). Just so the rest of you know (and he even said that the Googles will tell you this), if you get a bite/sting and any part of the swelling or redness actually increases after 24 hours, you need to go to a doctor. Like, stat.)So, I got a shot of what I assume was an antihistamine + antibiotic? Everything has reduced since then, so I think I'm going to live.

been posting under this name since fish got suspended...somehow got logged out, so I figured I'd log in as the rover, since I hadn't seen it used in a while...

[#1001] Your account has been temporarily suspended. This suspension is due to end on 13 January 2022 - 12:32 PM.
Nice work, Truck. What did you do to get 11 years? You can kill people and get less prison time.

I'm thinking of going to the bank and getting a couple hundred dollars in Susan B Anthony Dollars and two dollar bills, then using that as my sole currency for the week.
