I just drove to the store from some tortilla chips and noticed that there is a full, blood red moon in the sky. You know, just sayin'.

Not sure if you're affected by it as well, but we've had haze and a pretty pungent smoke smell all day around Milwaukee. Apparently there's a 60,000 acre forest fire by the boundary waters in northern Minnesota. The smoke has been drifting south. Made for an interesting color on the moon here as well.

thought my neighbors house was on fire this morningthe smoke smell mostly went away during the day but has returned tonight

As a non-baseball loving chick who knows nothing about Billy Beane, I enjoyed the movie.Also, I probably share WAY too much about this place with my husband. He almost had a stroke driving home when I read him the line about Bob shaking hands with his uncle.

It's a good book so if done well it would be a good movie. Plus, no Freddie Prinze.

Definitely a better book than The Blind Side. Has anyone ever read Liar's Poker?
