Life is cruel. I went to this party last night. It was everything one would hope. I filled my phone with pictures and phone numbers, and then it died. A beautiful young woman wanted to continue the night privately, but needed me to come retrieve her. With a dead phone, I had no way of reaching her immediately, but I have a charger in my car. Somehow I managed to lose my phone. Lost pics. Lost girl. I want to cry.

In an effort to move on past the heartbreak of my Clemson Tigers, I'm spending the day on the couch watching S3 of Breaking Bad. I also have chicken bog in the crock pot. Might not be too bad a day after all.

Just curious here and not trying to make you feel any worse but I gotta wonder how it seems like people are always losing their phones.How does this happen? If my phone isn't in my pocket it's in my hand and vice versa. You guys setting them down the bar or something and walking away?

:goodposting:I'm probably even less likely to lose my phone than my wallet given its centrality to my functioning. The only place I'll put it down and "lose" it is my house - don't trust it anywhere else.

crazy chick is out of town. it was a halloween party. tons of pictures being taken. for those of you that don't keep up with technology, that means phones, not cameras. at any given time, we had 3-5 phones sitting on the table and people were just grabbing the nearest one and taking pictures as things came up. really not a surprise that mine ended up with someone else (I just got it back).also, for the first time in my life, I got slapped, by the one woman that I am actually interested in in a serious way. not a playful slap. full out open-hand to the face as hard as she could slapped. and I don't know why. people were shocked. nobody knows why she did it.

Good tailgate again yesterday followed by finding an illegal stream of the Longhorn game once I made it back home. It's funny how I seem to get sleepy earlier on days when I drink beer all afternoon.

Also, what happens at a thousand pages? Does the FFA explode?

Pretty sure it has something to do with knuckles or any other recent conquest. Either you, while drunk, or someone else mentioned something she didn't agree with. She's clearly interested, but you did something to tick her off.

now that I've got my phone back I've figured out the slap. as others have speculated, this could actually be good.

Rolled into AAP in the rain as my battery was on its last leg. Salesperson says to me "you want it replaced now?". Saw one of those party tents in the lot and pulled it over my car and said "go for it". :thumbup:

for page 1000, I was going to post a link to brunette who dressed as a biker last night wearing assless chaps and lace thong. then someone ruined it for everyone.

 
Ok, so I'm on page 1000.

If we weren't born with 10 fingers, this number wouldn't mean crap as we wouldn't have a base 10 numbering system. Think about that for a second.
