Wow, are rates really that different there or did you buy a Ferrari on a credit card in college or something? We just went from a 30 year at 4.75 to a 15 year at 3.25. If I would have waited another couple of weeks I could have gotten 3.Maybe? My buddy is handling it all for me, so I don't know honestly. I had a 5.37% 30-year through Met Life, but my buddy said that was eligible for a refi and we just closed on a 4.25% 30 year. Not sure all the details. It's taken about a month to complete.Did you refi through HARP, or something else?
