Hard to argue that's not a Session Beer.

Might as well.Ah, this makes sense. Thought whoever that was seemed awfully smart.Found my place! Will try to use SLB-multiquotes rather than Krippling when possible.Took an extended break. Now posting as "Ramsay Hunt Experience."what happened to scoobygang? he hasn't posted since march.
Why anyone would want to work in HR is beyond me. Such a dead end lifeless job. You ask them a question that may force creativity or actual thinking on their end and it is instantly "No.".Found out this morning that HR's response to my boss's request to give small (less than $10K) spot-bonuses to three of my team was that we should give them some extra time off (not possible as they don't get a chance to take the vacation they already have) and maybe some "restaurant gift certificates".Then two of my paralegals got into a loud shouting match with each other in full earshot of several people. Then another of my paralegals quit.Banner day, really.
My week got even better after this. The paralegal who's quitting? Now making not-very-veiled threats about what she'll do if we try to collect on the moving expenses that she owes us reimbursement for (she has been here less than a year). The paralegals who got into a shouting match? One has now accused the other of some specific threats against the company for which I now have our lead litigator, lead HR lawyer, and lead compliance person involved with.Note that none of these people were hired by me--they are all part of the group I took over from "Zack" earlier in the year. Oh, and Zack is still around and reporting to me and last week submitted a false expense report and also gave legal advice to the paralegal leaving the company. Would have been better.A smiling Alex Trebek stepping on a kitten. My youngest kid turned 18 today.
He just called. I have to pick him up.

You have to post a pic of this.Hoping for a butterfly tramp stamp...
I...no words.Could really use the full story here.Sadly, it appears that that my potential future ex wife is just going to be a regular ex. No 1/4 of the fish fortune for you, lady.

Frick. Should've bet Tampa Bay too and would've only lost $10. Dear Doug Baldwin, I appreciate the effort, but catch the damn ball!!!Dear Braylon Edwards,At least make a ####ing effort, you ****.Sincerely,Homerupdate?Seattle should handle the cardinals easily. Three points isn't much.

Sorry, Rud.As bad as my picks were, 10 out of 95 people lost in the survivor pool I'm in. I understand the 8 people losing on the Saints. But I'm scratching my head over the guy who lost on the Giants and the guy who lost on the Pack.Leery of that with no Ryan Clark and no James Harrison.Love Carolina and Rud's Bills today.Looking over the card for tomorrow, the only game I really, really like is Pit getting 2.5 v Den
ownedDude, I sent a FB message to like 6 people, including you. You were like the 4th to respond. You snooze you lose.great cornole shuke!
To complete the picture you need an Eve 120 menthol with an inch of ash dangling from your lips and one of your car "windows" consists of clear plastic and duct tape.Oh and the numbers 3 or 88 somewhere in your rear windshield.I had a moment of realization earlier today regarding the South and the perception of her people.Today, my husband and I spent the morning scrubbing baseboards and mopping the hardwoods, before we sprayed the flea spray on the baseboards. Yes, we have fleas. **Special thanks go to my in-laws who kept our cats while we were in SF**. So after spraying all of the eggs on the baseboards, we had to bomb the entire house, forcing us to leave the house with our cats for 3 hours. We took this time to stop by B&N, Walmart, Target and BB&B for some returns. With our cats in the back seat. And I'm not wearing a bra (I promise you all that this is NOT sexy). So I just pulled up, let Romo out of the car, and waited with the cats. Like a true redneck.I feel like I need to contact whatever channel is showing Honey Boo Boo and see if I can get a show out of this.
Evidently she got wind of a drunkard with a penny and a camera and decided to watch from the box instead.Pics or it didn't happen.Got tickets to today's Miami-Houston game and supposedly they're right behind the visitors' bench. Hoping to be nice and close to Mrs. Tannyhill.

"You are gonna make a good dad....but, yeah, you're just not gonna be as good of a drunk as you used to be. You have my sympathies"Words to live by, GB **** Not a lawyer, but I did sleep with a school secretary last night****Have you already exhausted the complaint/grievance process for your school district? If you jump straight to lawsuit and bypass the superintendent and school board, there could definitely be some negative repercussions. In my district, the teachers who lawyer up generally seem to either end up with a settlement, or continued employment, unless the teacher did somethIng criminally stupid. The district makes every attempt to make them so miserable they will want to leave though, so it comes down to the person's ability to deal increasing amounts of BS until the administration turns over.Switching districts can be tough, but not impossible. The superintendents are usually too busy to actively blackball someone here unless it becomes personal.I'm thinking of joining a class action lawsuit against my principal. What could possibly go wrong? I mean seriously, what are the reprecussions? Would I lose my job? Become unemployable?

Link?BTW, I reported Medium Aristotle like 3 times in the last hour.
I haven't done anything officially yet. Initially there were letters and calls to the interim superintendent. This resulted in an investigator sent to our campus where about 15 employees were interviewed and compelled to give statements. The investigator selected the interviewees, but I wasn't among them. There are a growing number who are planning to file suit, but they have all filed complaints with the EEOC first before they can join. And they will be grieving as well before the suit goes forward. After the investigator completed his investigation, no results were shared, but the district office sent us a monkey survey to complete. That was anonymous. I filled it out. I'm wondering if it's just better for me to try and stay under the radar. I have a mortgage.**** Not a lawyer, but I did sleep with a school secretary last night****Have you already exhausted the complaint/grievance process for your school district? The first offending post has been removed. And hopefully MA along with it.I don't think I've reported anyone before but it asks you for some sort of reason. I wrote "Awesome posters have been banned for less than this." I can't believe it might have actually had an effect. I figured the whole banning thing was reserved for entertaining posters that congregate in this GM-related vicinity.Link?BTW, I reported Medium Aristotle like 3 times in the last hour.
