GM's thread about nothing (68 Viewers)

Cos> This may have been said before, but you need to play up what makes your place unique. The writeup is relatively generic. The quality and sourcing of the food you provide along with the gardens and trail (or whatever you've got out there now) are something a guest can't get everywhere.
thanks gbjbYou haven't been by in a while. Instead of coming by to reattach my projector mount, how about you come by and walk to property with me.

Will be tailgating all day for Texas/WVU next Saturday. How about I bring JR and Yuke down on the 13th?

That would pretty much be JR's wildest dream. But you have to remember that he's 3. I've let him drive me home from neighborhood happy hour before and he oversteers like a mother####er.

GB Cos<:handshake:

YSR, so sorry to hear sweetheart. As others have posted you're not alone. Been through it twice myself. Please give my best to Sean too.

K4, I met a guy Saturday night that got a degree in computer engineering. He worked for NASA almost 20 years programming stuff for the space shuttle but it wasn't fulfilling enough so he quit and went to medical school and now he's a doctor. Just a thought.

So yeah.......

Kevzilla, I didn't see you in Vegas? I thought I PMed my number to you but maybe not. I know I could have made a better effort but I was seriously drunk the whole time.

Speaking of Vegas, well, it was interesting.

In no particular order.

1. My GB that just got married, I did the speech at, and his wife decided to go with us. We already had a dozen people going but it was cool they went.

2. The four of us went to see Penn & Teller at the Rio Saturday night. Very cool show. First time I've ever been to a show in Vegas actually and probably won't go see another one. Highly recommend.

2. Mrs. SLB got her picture taken with both P&T after the show. I'm pretty sure she would have let them both hide stuff in her.

3. Met Freddy Deeb while Mrs. SLB was meeting P&T. Really nice guy.

4. Although I know I set a new personal record for drinking and gambling, the Nugget said I gambled a lot less than last time and I was over comped. WTF.

5. I seriously love eating good food. I had the best lobster bisque ever at the Stratosphere. Which holy gingerbread men, it's a lot higher than it looks.

6. I think this was my 9th trip to Vegas and the first time I didn't smoke pot. Oh we had plenty, just thought it was a bad idea.

7. When you are wearing a neck brace, nobody EVER forgets you.

8. I didn't wear the Cat Shirt until the last day. However I hit a straight flush and the AKQS in 3 Card Poker the last night in about a five minute span. Progressive paid $1500, I didn't even no that's what I needed. :bag: :lmao: Cashed out almost 3 grand which was good since I was down almost 4 grand just gambling. How I didn't think to have Mrs. SLB take a picture of me with a handful of $500 chips is beyond me.

9. We took the girls to Sapphire after P&T. Naked hot chicks, good.

10. Got Mrs. SLB and GB's wife a lap dance from this smoking hot blond Russian chick. Oh my. I can check watching a tall, hot blond rubbing my wife's smurf off the old bucket list.

11. Because I told them to, Mrs. SLB and my GB's wife made out. Annnddddd check

12. I really missed you guys.

13. Oh yeah, I got a 4.5 million contract signed the day before we left for Vegas.

14. Mrs. SLB is so incredibly sexy. Something pictures can't capture. I was feeling pretty cool as she turned a lot of heads the whole trip.

15. My Mom & Dad bought a house about a mile away from us. Pretty happy about this.

16. At the strip club there wasn't anything but reserved table so I took the placard off the table, threw it over my should and say the four of us down. Still shocked we didn't get kicked out.

17. Told the stripper I broke my neck because I was a UFC fighter. She didn't believe me until the girls confirmed it.

18. I bought a 1977 King Kong lunch box off of E-bay. It's what I brought to school when I was in the first grade and was my prized possession. A second grader kicked it down some stairs when I was eating though. I beat him so soundly I was able to take his shoes off and throw them on the roof of the school. Got me kicked out. Needed the reminder for some reason.

19. I might get drunk and call you in the future. You've been warned.

20. Cal won student council in a landslide. He has also joined the Robotics Club in addition to Computer Club. He's also getting all A's so far this year. What a difference a good school makes. I'm also thinking he may be Mr. Pickles kid.

21.
