...low and outside...Shelton lets that one go for ball 2...interesting fact about Shelton, in the off-season he doesn't play baseball...Grubsteak delivers, check-swing by Shelton...the umpire appeals to the first base ump...Crawford responds with the international jerk-off gesture...the count is now 2 and 2...the Padres start a two week long road trip on Tuesday...they'll be in...Shelton adjusts his cup...St. Louis, Chicago, and Omaha for some ####ing reason...Shelton fouls off a 4-seamer down the 3rd baseline, some gaywad falls over the railing trying to snag it with his beer cup...that reminds me, Troy, who do you think would win a fight between the San Diego Chicken and Big Bird?...hold that thought, Shelton fans at a 37 mile-an-hour change-up and loses one of his 3 Phiten necklaces in the process...
Vin Scully for me.Sorry, possible Krippling in effect. I haven't been here in days and am catching up while waiting for my super-slow friend Jane to find a Czech pharmacy that has something to treat her urinary tract infection.

4th place in the AL West.
Ladies and gentlemen, your Seattle Mariners! :kicksrock:
Man, they had a late season run post Ichirow trade that was pretty hopeful. Future is bright in 2016.
Out of the six last-place teams in MLB this year, I think they were easily the best.
I figure they'd do really well in AAA
Or the NL West. Same thing, more or less.
HOW? How are the Giants doing this? I hate this team. I hate this team like SLB hates copperheads. I hate this team like Tanner hates kids on his lawn. I hate this team like Gadzooks hates women over 30. I hate them like Homer hates puberty. I hate them like Guster hates brevity. I hate them like Julio hates sobriety. I hate them like Rover hates sane women. I hate them like Cosjobs hates 9-5 jobs. I hate them like Pickles hates sincerity. I hate them like Shuke hates getting a PM. I hate them like Tre hates Lycra. I hate them like Joe Bryant hates profanity. Like Proninja hates automobiles. Like YSR hates her husband (too soon?). Like Frosty hates any wager +105 or greater. HATE. Christ, I bet a few of these rejects could't make the Astros. Gregor Blanco, I'm looking at you.
I hate lots of things, too!

Firing up Tiger Fan chili today...may not be as famous as JS's but it's still pretty good:2 lbs meat4 bell peppers2 onions1 bag carol shelby mix1/4 bottle of tobasco (optional)1/2 bottle of pickapepper sauce1 dark beerpinch of salt1 can of: pinto, red, black, kidney beans1 small can of tomato paste1 small can of tomato sauce1 small can of green chiles1. Cut up meat and veggies2. Brown with Carrol Shelby Mix (not the masa part yet)3. Add veggies and stir until mixed well4. Open all cans (except for green chiles) and pour in5. Take the smallest can (typically the tomate paste) and fill it with water, use this can to wash outeach of the other cans, gradually adding water until you get to the biggest can. pour the biggestcan in (basically you'll get all the leftovers from all of the cans into the biggest can and dump it in)6. Take the masa flour from the caroll shelby mix and make a paste by adding water and then addit to the pot7. Add chiles8. Add pickapepper sauce9. Add tobasco (optional)10. Add beer
Cooking one of these for the Saints game tomorrow.
I did the Judge's recipe last year - everything x3 since I'm a complete idiot. It turned out fine, but was way too labor-intensive for my lazy ###. I think I'm liking your recipe better, TF. Ok if I steal it and claim it as my own?
Go for it. Agree that JS' is definitely time consuming....but it's solid. I'm doing mine with chicken tomorrow and have had the chicken breasts marinating in Abita Turbodog Beer all day. Can't wait.My wife couldn't find the green chiles at the store, and I have some leftover dry chilis from JS's recipe...so I might rehydrate them and try that out with mine
How long do you cook this for? Brown the meat and simmer all day kind of thing?

Tigers costing me all my cosjobshole money. :kicksrock:Went to a halloween party last night as a flasher. won a contest for 'most perverted costume'. :bowtie:
Remember the rule "don't bet on Michigan teams without consulting your Michigan lobbyist first?" Clearly you have been left unattended for too long.

Brown the meat and bring everything to boil. Then simmer...obviously the longer the better, but it's ready to go after about an hour of simmering...I do a lot of tasting in b/w to make sure I'm good with the salt/spice factor.

Yes, but what I thought you e-mailed about was also discussed in here, or so I thought but I've been busy and traveling. If I missed something, let me know (yahoo mail works the best) and I'll respond though traveling tomorrow.

This "having a kid" thing is pretty cool. Except I keep getting cabin fever/stir crazy sitting home on a weekend. Especially this weekend where whores think to themselves "Self, the way I normally dress isn't whorrey enough. How about more slutty?" :kicksrock:
What's really awesome is when you they get a little bit older and you can't even make crock pot chicken whenever you want.

All this week we're having "dress up" days for Red Ribbon week. Monday was Neon Day. Yesterday was Sports Day. Today is Pink (breast cancer) Day.

I overheard one of my sharper kids say "wouldn't it suck if they found out that pink dye caused cancer?"
I've been subtly dropping variations of this into conversations since I've seen this. Just now:They show Brees wearing a hat with a pink visor.

My mom: That's so nice that they do that

My wife: I know

Me: Did y'all see that article where they said pink dye causes breast cancer

Everyone: :lmao:

Give that kid an A+ Marvin

Colin Cowherd has been my gambling jebus this year. Let's hope for my sake he remains red hot.

Colin's Picks

Falcons (+3) at Eagles

Giants (-2) at Cowboys

Chargers at Browns (+3)

Seahawks (+2.5) at Lions

Dolphins (+2.5) at Jets
My ability to attend Cosjobshole may be riding on this.
What's his record? I presume he has a lot of connections to sharps, no?Big money coming down on CLE late.
Oh, there's no question he has ties to sharps. That's why I love to follow him. He worked in Vegas for a long time and has always had a gambling component to his radio bit, dating back to his time in Portland. I've heard some of the sharps call in over the years. These weren't 1-800 mountebanks...these were sharp sharps. He's 4-1 today. Since 9/7 he's 28-12 ATS. In the NFL. That's incredible. All props to him, IMO. I might actually be able to pulls this thing off.

Pretty good day here, eh?
Yeah, I made enough to cover flight to Austin, but it turns out none of you are going, so that blows. But yeah, I had this on RR Parlays and had ML parlays that came through too. Big day here. Betting big on UNDER 6.5 MLB and big on Scherzer despite losing a fortune on Tigers so far. And have Saints to complete some more parlays and singles +6 and ML too.

Hey Reddit guys....is there an easy way to sort through this crap, or do you basically just click every link?

For example: I click on the pics link...I can see thumbnails on the left hand column, but wouldn't it make sense to have a slide show of some sort

Pretty sure you have to click. If they posted every pic the page(s) would take forever to load. And it also allows you to skip stupid crap you don't want to see.

Yeah. The biggest gripes about Reddit is the layout and the search function.

Your bathrooms don't have locks?

Lincecum in the hall? Two cy youngs and two rings is a pretty good résumé.
Rings really shouldn't count for anything in re: the baseball HOF.
You know you're happy for our Giants.
Independent of that. There are a lot of shmoes who have won multiple WS rings. Doesn't mean much. As far as Lincecum goes, I think he has to become a very good starter again. He could get there, but doesn't have enough yet.
