Anyone speak lawyer? I have a membership that involved a 4 month commitment and then it goes month to month thereafter and requires written notice to discontinue. I started this on November 27th and was charged monthly up to Feb 27th. Beginning Feb 27th I was unable to sign up for these lessons online like I usually do unless I agreed to this online written notice/contract.
I, Buyer, understand that I will be enrolled in
monthly auto pay membership and I, Buyer, authorize my bank to make my
monthly payment from my credit card provided to
in this agreement, and post it to my account.
I, Buyer, understand that the monthly dues will be $120 per month (the “Monthly Rate”), and will be transferred on the same day of the month of this Agreement every month beginning the month after the date of this Agreement.
The monthly dues will continue to be deducted each month at the Monthly Rate.
I understand this Agreement is for a minimum of four (4) months thereafter the membership shall be deemed to be a month-to-month obligation, which I may terminate after the fourth month by providing 30 days written notice either in person at the Club or by certified or registered mail to

mailed at the address above. The Additional Membership Agreement Terms set forth below are part of this Agreement and by acknowledging below I acknowledge and agree to abide by all such Additional Membership Agreement Terms.
I emailed them stating I wanted to cancel, but would like to continue using my membership until march 27th (they charged me on Feb 27th) , but am NOT clicking the agreement. Does that not say I'm agreeing to another 4 month commitment? They assured me that by agreeing to the FORCED popup that I I'm not signing up for 4 more months. I'm
