Business lives to fight another day. Exhausted.
Congratulations?
Thanks. Not sure I know what I'm doing anymore except i can't in good conscience lose "a bunch" of my friends' money without a fight. We have a good model now they we have cut most expenses. Just going to be a long road back to recovery.
After today I feel like shoving a needle full of crank in my ####.
I pretty much feel that way everyday. I made the mistake (good decision?) of getting a huge life insurance policy some years ago and there are days where I think "this would be easier on everyone of..." Don't worry, I'm not offing myself. Just saying that the stuff around me sometimes makes me wonder.

Anyway, want to trade places? I get your problems, job, and Pepper and you get my problems, job, and hot hormonal pregnant wife.
Might want to check your policy GB. Many of them don't pay in full in cases of suicide.

Oh and please don't kill yourself
Mine do. After two years. :ninja:

You and zooks feel like paying for GMTAN Futball this year or wut?

About a six weeks ago...

Me: (Severely depressed wanting to dive down a well)

Mrs. SLB: Everything is going to be fine.

Me: Yeah, not so much. (Pounds some whiskey)

Mrs. SLB: You're great at what you do. You'll figure something out. You always figure something out.

Me: Not this time.

Mrs. SLB: Hey, I'll just go to work full time! I can help!

Me: Yeah.....Yeah, that would be great.

I think she has put a solid 20 hours in since then. :lmao: :lmao:

Yep, love you buddy.
No threat of that. I'm too proud to quit. Plus how is a frugal guy like me going to do it? Shove a Bullet in to my head with my bare hands? ;)

It would be nice to bang your wife again.
So you are leading 1-0. Thanks.
Zooks alone is up about 12-2 on me if it makes you feel better.

One at a time, gb.

Cal's buddy came over after school. At 6:10 I asked him if he needed to go home for dinner. He  So I have him call home. Nobody answers. He leaves a message. At 7:15 I have him call again. He hangs up and says "my parents said they will come get me when it gets dark out".

Solid parenting there.

ANy pointers on how to get her to work that much, S...?

Btw, I'm drinking Miller Lites, listening to tunes, smoking like a chimney, and playing college football on the PS3.

Pretty good Friday all around. :banned:

You feeding him dinner? I'd load him up on ice cream just as revenge for the parents.

:lmao: He's a good kid, couldn't do it to him. Plus I'm just pissed because the neighbor gal told me she just bought a bottle of whisky and invited me over. <_<

Magic football talk: my big-money league is drafting tonight (I know--they just always do it that way). PPR, otherwise standard scoring. No ####### QB flex. I just got pick 11 out of 12 in my conference. Whom might I target at 1.11 and 2.02?

ETA: It's a bunch of Denver homers so many of them will overreact to last night's results, too.

Dad just picked him up. "Hey Bob! How are you! Oh the Cardinals are winning 2-0?! Alright!"

I've never me this guy before. :lmao:

He seemed kind of drunk though and lives close by. Possible love connection?

I'd target the best RB available at 1 (at that point Forte or someone who falls a bit) and the best WR at 2...probably Dex Bryant there.

You can probably do the same thing at the 3/4 turn but with the positions switched. QB and TE are deep enough to wait unless someone crazy-good drops to you there.

I'm gonna be chilling at home if you wanna text or call for some advice later. Still got my number?

Forte and Reggie bush.

And since I don't even have your number at all, I'm guessing you don't have mine.

I'm going to go do some good parenting and bring my boys to the neighbors...... to play with their friends of course.

Not a bad play, but some surprising RBs dropped to me in most of my drafts. I just think Dez is gonna freak out this year, plus there's the possibility of adding Romo at the 5/6 turn.

Pics of my junk are en route.

Thanks, guys. Right now three drafters ahead of me and the following still available in addition to Forte: Richardson, Spiller, Charles, McCoy...others.

847602...oh nevermind.

Because I know everyone's dying to know, I took Richardson and Forte.

I strongly considered Bryant per Homer's advice, but I don't like him and I don't like Tony Romo, so I had to go with the homer pick in Forte.

Yeah if I'd have known Richardson would be there I'd have changed tunes quickly.

OMG can I play in that league?
No ####. It's why I stay in this league every year despite its having some REALLY stupid rules like the total points calculation goes through the playoffs. The NFL playoffs. But I clean up every year in $$$ so I can't quit. Plus it's a live draft, which I love. I get completely blitzed during the draft every year.
