Well, missing 5 days then having to actually work it has taken me a long time to actually get caught up...yay...

Reason I missed 5 days was that last weekend I was with my wife's Dad and sisters at Norwalk Dragway to watch and help my Father in Law race is 1967 Dodge Dart GT Convertible race in the Monster Mopar Weekend. He did really well, although he got knocked out in the first round of the Pro Class, he made it to the 3rd round of the Ten-O Shootout class before racing was called due to weather conditions after a dragster blew out a front tire and barreled rolled 4 or 5 times(about midnight Saturday). Since they called the days races, the just split the purse with the remaining drivers, first time My FiL won money at one of these big events.

On Sunday, he again made it into the 3rd round, but lost out even though he had his first perfect reaction time. We just dialed him in too low for what he eventually ran. (he did have an issue with his burnout as the 'burnout guy' didn't let him know if or when he was in the water box)

All-in-all, he was a fantastic weekend despite the rain and wind Thursday and Friday.

Yahoo scoring rules are stupid. The Bengals scored on a fumble return yet it is not scored that way. Last night they had scored 28 points, today it shows them having 22 with no return touchdown. A quick trip to the Shark Pool seems to indicate that since the Bengals fumbled the ball themselves, that they were no longer the "defensive" team and somehow magically turned into the "offensive" team on the field during the play.

If we managed to only lose by less than 6 points this will suck.
