I had a partial tear of my rotator cuff about 8 years ago and it was in a tricky spot and since my dreams of being a professional athlete were already dashed at that point, my orthopedic doctor opted for rehab over surgery. Things had been ok but not 100% for a couple years until this February. I was at the gym and felt a pop and my arm went numb for a couple seconds. Since then i haven't been able to lift things above my shoulder and I hurts to hold my arm out to the side.

Over the last week or so it's been getting even worse. I rock the messenger bag look for work and can't even put the strap over my head. Might be time to reach out to the doctor again for another MRI

You should probably just ignore it until it falls off or something. What are you a woman?

My guess is that he'll get locked out of his surgery room and will sleep on a sofa in the lobby.

The Charbroiled Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich is one of the best fast food sandwiches out there in my amateur opinion. May want to consult shuke or one of the other professionals though.

Yup, sounds like you need the knife. I've never had that injury but know something about it (former baseball pitcher) and am familiar with how lousy it is to have a blown rotator cuff.

Yeah, this guy is right. Except for spelling cinnamon, I mean.

Skyline dip is awesome. A thick layer of cream cheese, then a can of skyline chili and ungodly amounts of shredded cheddar. Pop it in the oven until the cheese is bubbly and then burn the roof of your mouth as you shovel it into your pie hole with Fritos scoops.

Damn, I think I know what I'm having for dinner after I get home from my happy hour tonight!

I know... tagging along with some co-workers so it wasn't my call. One of them is a cute messican, which is why I agreed to go while the other is a funny punjabi fellow that is constantly pitching me his different ideas for businesses. He'll read an article about a company in Florida that has been in the medical gas distribution business for forty years and is making good money and think he should get into that. Then the next day he's in to extruded plastics. Plastics. Pretty good ideas, except for the fact that he knows nothing about the business, he has no capital to start the business, he has no credit to secure any financing and he's lazier than I am.

They're pretty ####### good... far better than MACdonalds and Burger King. Probably on par with the other regional favorite chains. I used to get the double meat, double cheese with jalapenos.I've never had good fries there, though.
