GM's thread about nothing (34 Viewers)

It said I was a type 8 "Boss". It is full of ####. I don't want to be the boss of anyone. I want everyone to leave me the #### alone.

Sevens will probably agree with most of the following statements:

  • I tend to make things interesting, to make things nice.
  • There are very few things in life which I can't enjoy.
  • I usually look on the bright side of things and don't look for the negative side of life.
  • "I must be defective if I need help."
  • People say I'm often the life of the party.
  • I often feel stuck and bored with commitment -- I like to keep my options open.
  • I tend to be very enthusiastic about the future.
  • I seem to be attached to youth and energy.
  • Most of the time I avoid getting into really "heavy" issues.
  • I find myself expressing anger by making fun of the problem.
Largely true imo
Reading this, I knew 7 would be my result before taking the test. :confirmed:

I'm the Mediator.

  1. I often have difficulty in saying "no."
  2. Most things in life aren't worth getting upset about.
  3. I find that I often dip in and out Of conversations, thinking of several things at once.
  4. The most important things to be done are left to the end Of the day.
  5. While there are some differences, I feel most people are pretty much the same.
  6. I hate to waste energy. I look for energy-saving approaches to things.
  7. I become very stubborn when I feel pushed by others.
  8. I can be a dispassionate arbiter because one side is as good as the other.
  9. I'm really sensitive about having my efforts overlooked, criticized, discounted.
  10. I tend to play things down to get other people settled down.
Bold are pretty much spot on, especially 2 and 3.

I'm far too busy to answer questions that may deepen my own awareness of self.

5 minutes later

Here's 17 cat gifs and a few other funny things from the Internet.

Also, I've mentioned before hows part of my walk is a trail through the woods. It was really overcast yesterday and almost dark out. I'm walking down the trail and next thing I know this GIANT bird is in front or me, face high, talons and wings extended. Holy ####### #### was it scary and cool. We both then move back a bit and it flies up in a tree. It turned out to be a freaking owl. I've never seen an owl in the wild before. After some Google search, I don't think this thing is native to around here or was some sort of demon. It was 20-24" high and 12-14" wide easy. Just sat there and looked at the dog and me. I tried to snap a picture but it flew away when held my phone up.

I'm sure this is a good sign.
I was camping in Yellowstone a couple years ago and on the first day, I hear someone walking through my campsite and look up, to see a bear about 20 feet away. I backed up slowly and got behind the picnic table and he went on his way. The next day, at the same site, I hear a rustling in the bushes and think the bear is back. I kind of creep closer and suddenly a giant gd owl comes flying at me out of the brush with a snake in it's talons. I nearly #### myself. Crazy campsite. That night, I actually smoke a joint with bigfoot as well. That last part is actually true.

As a single dad (which is what I'm presuming this guy is too, judging from no ring and a messy kitchen), this is pretty poignant and cool:

Maths? Not math. Maths?
Brit-speak. I'm an Anglophile and I've always found that one particularly odd. It's similar to "sport" rather than "sports", but it sounds odder to me than even that one.
Well, call me something and something something something.

####in Johnny Cakes man. Wow.
What happened? Looks like that thread is gone?
Probably for the best. Dude went even further off the reservation. Not to mention posting stuff about an upcoming court case.
What did he say this time?
He just posted that the lawyer for the defense subpoenaed (sp) him in his hot-as-balls daughter's sexual assault case. He saw it as a shady move in order to sequester him away from his daughter. FBG lawyers told him that may not be the case.

He also posted that he spoke to the lawyer and said something like "I hope you sleep well at night putting rapists back on the street". I laughed at him. He then told me that due process and the entire Bill of Rights doesn't count if a family member is involved.

Pretty sure that would qualify you for any number of psychotropic drug prescriptions.

eta :highfive: Drugstore Cowboys #1, our draft three PKs (no starters) strategy is working as planned
