Hey guys, could use some positive thoughts and prayers for my wife today.

She has been living on Vicodin, Tramadol and Oxy Contin for the past 6-8 months as they try to figure out why she's in so much pain. A surgeon finally did some more testing and found that she has a huge hernia on her left side and her abdomen is actually hanging out over her hip, but the pain is all on the right side.

He's giving her a nerve block today on her right side and if that works he will try to strengthen the left with PT, if not she has to go in for some pretty extensive surgery to repair the hernia.

I hope to God this works, she can't keep living like this.

I swear I've ordered it here in restaurants. It was quite a while back and very ordinary. But its no longer available here or never was and I'm having more flashbacks from my college experimentation stages. But I have annoyng's address which is all I really wanted anyway.

This week has at work has been interesting. Almost all the people from my function across the globe have gotten together for 3 days of inspirational speakers, etc. Most of the group are industrial designers by training, so people that care about their look and aesthetic. There has been some amazing people watching as most people have used this as a stage to display their unique sense of fashion. I think I've seen more red pants this week than all the junior high schools across the country have in a year.

please help me understand what you do for a living? I do not understand.

yes, and i would recommend trying some of their home-made ranch chips if they have them. or the hot crackers. they are saltines covered in spice, and really yummy.

Just once, years ago. My wife's co-worker had a beach house down there. She was a cow that got a ton of plastic surgery -- including the stomach surgery where she lost about 2/3 of her body weight (good news, Timmy) -- and, once she thought she was hot enough, promptly left her genuinely nice-guy husband (bad news, Timmy). We had a great time drinking around fires, grilling, playing washers and singing along to CCR songs. Didn't really go anywhere else but their house, the local ice house, and the corner store to buy beer. The area where we were was a really cool little beach community though.Edited to correct posters wives with ailments.

She weas wearing a tight Cardinal's jersey with yoga pants when she left. She's pretty proud of her looks these days and she brings you up once in awhile (seriously) so it shouldn't be an issue.
