I need some photoshop help......

I want to transpose this (just the football) into this (over the golf ball), and make it so you can kind of see the golf club (Kind of like this), then I want to be able to write in different names as the years go by. I think I can do that in Paint, even though it won't look the best,

Any help would be great and truly appreciated.

ETA: I've tried for the last hour using GIMP, and that was like trying to teach my wife to use Excel.

Here is what I would do without photoshop.

Use this, import to powerpoint and add the name, which you can size and rotate relative to the image so it looks like it fits right.

Exactly what I wanted!
