GM's thread about nothing (39 Viewers)

Made those Polish Mistake things to eat while watching football today. Holy hell. :porked:

No work tomorrow so I think I'm going to get drunker than usual for a Sunday night. :hifive:
I don't have to work tomorrow so I think I might have to make these and also get drunker than usual for a Sunday night.

I have a weird ankle injury that didn't hurt yesterday, but I'm pretty sure I hurt it on Friday night falling down at the bar trying to keep my SIL's sister from falling on the ground. She took me down with her. #drrrnk

Anyway, I can barely walk today. Drinking bourbon and ibuprofen and bud light.

I discovered some blindingly obvious beer math this evening. Belgian Tripels are both tastier and pack a greater punch in terms of ABV per dollar than Busch Light.

Day bar tomorrow? We're working men, we can do these things.
I think I blew all my bar money for the year this weekend, but you could maybe talk me into a long lunch.

"I was making sure everybody knew Crabtree was a mediocre receiver," Sherman said. "And when you try the best corner in the game with a mediocre receiver that's what happens."
crabtree, after losing:

"We just couldn't capitalize. Sherman made a good play. That's probably the only play he made all game," Crabtree said. "I ain't getting into that, he knows what time it is. When we're on the field, he ain't doing nothin'. That's one play, you know what I'm saying? ... He's a TV guy, I'm not a TV guy. I play ball."

Richard Sherman is a knob, but I don't care about that. I just like when people like him do what people like him do and the rest of the people on twitter bring the funny.

Drunk and watching Flight with Denzel being Denzel.
I have to work tomorrow and you inspired me to have yet another beer.

Not related, I love BW3s for the atmosphere but the food is awful and expensive. $50 for the wife, kid and I, and now I've pooped 3 times

I don't mind the food, but I've felt their draconian efforts to curb my drinking. Sucksor.

I've never had that happen. We used to go at 10am on a Saturday and go through 2, sometimes 3 servers while watching college football. March Madness Thursday is a 12 hour affair for us. One time, a GB was on the way to the bathroom and puked on a waitress, as she was putting food down for a few people. They kicked him out but we were able to stay.

Must be the management at my local spot. Drank 2-3 big beers and had 2 shots in under an hour once. The waitress, who was borderline friend, former bartender from another spot, told me that that was the last shot I could have for an hour. And further, I was close to being cut off. I laughed and left and went to a real bar. I do love chicken though.

Assuming this is the same BW's that I/we usually go to, it's the same one where I started that thread about not being allowed a third beer one time. I think we may live near the worst BW's in the world.

Apparently the manager makes a chart of the drinkers in the back room...

Last night I went to dinner at BW3 with my parents and daughter. I ordered a beer when we arrived at 6:15, and another at 6:45 when we ordered. As we were finishing up at 7:30 I tried to order one more, and was told "Buffalo Wild Wings has a new policy on how many beers a customer can order per hour, would you like a water or something else instead." When I inquired further, I was told the new policy is chain-wide, and limits a customer to one beer per hour. Obviously there is some wiggle room, because I was able to order my first two in a half hour span, but doesn't this seem a little heavy handed? I understand limiting patrons in the bar who have been drinking for hours and have to drive, but I was having a few beers with dinner and wasn't driving. Has anybody heard about this or experienced it? I can't imagine the reactions from bar patrons is going to be very positive. I wonder what would have happened if I had ordered a shot after being "cut off" from my beer order.

It's funny because back when I posted this story I only had one kid and my life only kind of sucked.

I wonder if its BW3 and this guy is sticking to it or if its this guy and he's blaming it on BW3?

Either way it's interesting. This girl that was serving me has seen me obliterated and has been obliterated with me.

That #### don't fly here.

Also so this morning I went over to my parents' to get my kids since they had them overnight and decided just to hang out there with the kids and my buddy who is divorced and lives at home now like a block away to watch the Gophers (boo) and football since my parents were going out of town. Then on the way home my son threw up all over my backseat. He's sleeping now, but my daughter has been getting out of bed every half hour or so since she's sick too and it's not after midnight and her usual bedtime is 8pm and I keep having to get her more water. My wife is "asleep" on the couch since she cracked open a bottle of wine I'm guessing five minutes after I left.

Seems pretty fun. Sorry bro.

Stupid gophers.

I have never run out of likes. I'm going to like every post in this thread until I do just so I know how it feels. And maybe some other random ones in other threads if they make my laugh or make me horny.

I think I accidentlaly hit a buttom because right after I posted that I got a pop up that asked me if I wanted to delete that post. Maybe the board is becoming self aware and trying to keep people from being stupid.

My wife was tired. She slept through most of True Detective. After seeing the breasts on that one broad, I got a little hitch in my giddyup. I asked her if she wanted to do it for procreation purposes and she said no. Then she said "Ok, tomorrow. At 9:15"

I said "Why 9:15?"

She said "Because then I can be asleep by 9:30"

:flex:

don't know why anyone wouldn't like sherman. crabtree and harbaugh talked all sorts of trash.

scoreboard.
Sherman was entertaining tonight, but what trash was Crabtree talking?
harbaugh and crabtree were all over how great they were since last week. harbaugh said crabtree had the best hands in the NFL.
