GMTAN lawyers, got a call today, settlement offer was increased another 75%. We're getting close to what I want now. My lawyer said that this is the most unusual case he has ever handled because their counsel has agreed with every argument we've made. Considering my lawyers age, that's saying something.

We had a 3 year review with the State about the status of Cal, his academic progress and his social skills. Needless to say, I couldn't wait for this with the way he has been acting at school again. (Thanks ####### up his routine Mr. Freeze Mister!!!) It didn't start great as we were told that he had a "melt down" again today. I think I've been too hard on him because his expectation on what he should be doing in school seems to overwhelming him. I've become the Mr. Marinovich of academics. I've begun to change that immediately. MOgal was impressed with his grades and scores I wasn't even aware of on standardized tests, so that was cool. I've also forgotten how much worse he was when he started there. I hate to say anything nice about teachers, for obvious reasons, but I owe these people big time. So that part was cool too. I decided to not include the story how last weekend I told the boys maybe we would stop to get some fried chicken at Dierbergs. I then drove pass the exit because I decided against it. Cal yells, with a very Italian sounding accent "WHERE YOU GOING DAD! THE FREAKING EXIT IS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROAD!!".

He said NFW and then made a funny remark about what a d-bag he would sound like saying beast mode and how Aikman would kick his ###. I know a lot of you hate Buck but he's a funny mother ####er.

I'm on Under 2 Beast Mode references.

What's strange is that some ####### from Kentucky started texting me the other night. It was obvious (supposedly a she) was replying to somebody else.

It went like this:
