My fall vegas trip is a cluster right now b/c nobody can agree to a date and I have to be out of the country for work at least 1 week and maybe another in Sept/Oct...

I'm sitting in Canada right now and I uncovered in meetings today that I might have a 3rd week added that I have to be here this fall. My wife is going to hate me.

Found out last night around 10 that I get to spend the day today at an offsite event learning about how the brain works and different brain waves/states. It's also my daughter's last day of school and she wants me to come to the end of year party, except she isn't sure what time it is. I emailed her teacher, but let's just say her teacher isn't going to be a Jeopardy champ anytime soon and emailing parents back can be challenging for her.

First thing my daughter will do on summer vacation? Hit happy hour with dad. I have a standing happy hour with friends and I don't usually have the kid on Thursdays. Heck of a way to kick off the summer if you ask me

I'd be interested in your notes and handouts from the brain class. Will share mine.

The guy was actually from UT. I should have the materials tomorrow or early next week. I'll send along when I get them

My Grandfather (Mom's side) used to do a lot of work for the DNC. As a result, he was given this bust of JFK by the DNC I'm told. As God as my witness, I saw the same one on CNBC back in the 90's and JFK had the exact same one on his desk. That one sold for a cool million at auction.

Tecumseh tried to find out about it a while back but came up empty. Thanks again GB. I recently heard about reverse image search and thought I could finally find out about this thing.

Bottom (hehe) is smooth. This is the only thing that may be a mark I can find.

Can you make the picture of the bottom a little fuzzier? It's almost possible to tell that it's the base of a sculpture.

The picture isn't fuzzy at all, that's the way it looks.

Dylan was retrieving a foul ball at his game tonight and didn't notice his teammate taking practice swings. So he caught a full swing right to the gut. Sure he dropped like he was shot and cried but he shook it off after a couple of minutes and went out and played catcher next inning.
