GM's thread about nothing (44 Viewers)

This damn kid is still breached. Wife is somewhere between 32-34 weeks depending on who you ask. She's deathly afraid of IVs let alone a C-section. Plus she has malignant hypothermia which means certain anesthesia can't be used. She may freak if she needs the knife. She did say that if she has a c-section, she's done having kids though. So I have that going for me.
What does this mean, I forget. Turned sideways?

I was planning on heading back to Y-town tomorrow morning, but I'm thinking I might just hit the road now. Had an epic nap earlier, I'm pretty much 100% packed, and frankly, I have nothing better to do for the next 8 hours...might as well drive 600 miles.
Is this a visit, or permanent move? Sorry if this has been covered.

I thought about you the other day, I was going to suggest you get a job at Children's Hospital. So much hot tail there, young nurses, etc. But then I remembered about all the kids there.
How sick would a kid have to be to be out of bounds for Homer? Stage 4 cancer?
I know you mean no harm, but that's not all that funny.

And just as I typed that, he won!!! :pickle:
Awesome. He can wear that bracelet for the rest of his life and earn instant cred the moment he sits at the table.

Very cool

I know a girl that's married to a guy that's friends with the guy who just won the WSOP PL OH event
:lmao: :lmao:

I'm super excited. The other guys make fun of him because he's such a sweet guy that he always adds "please" at the end when they're playing: "raise, please", "check, please". Sometimes nice guys finish first!
Your [husband's] description of him sitting down for his first ever live poker hand was :lmao:

Fumbling chips, checking out of turn, apologizing for not drinking. Everyone else at the table is belching talking trash and he's like

"Hello! Lovely to see you. May I raise please?"

Alright alright alright.
Drive safe GB! And welcome back to the great state of Ohio

Now when the hell are you getting down to Cincinnati?
I'm sure I'll be down for a long weekend for some Bengal love. Gotta check the schedule.

Last day at this job. Thinking of staying long enough to learn if we are are getting free lunch. Then I'm going to cut my yard and drink a lot of beer.
Realtor tried to sell me on your neighborhood today but I told him that 100% of the people I knew that lived there were #######s.

The house next door had a "coming soon" sign on it last Saturday. When I got home from wrk today it was "under contract".

Honda Pilot versus Toyota Highlander versus ______?

Going to look for cars for the first time evah tomorrow. Do not relish.
Very happy owner of a 5 year old Honda Pilot with just over 100K miles on it. Thing runs like it's brand new.

That's just the attitude we don't need. Sure, Mohawk has beaten us twelve years in a row. Sure, they're terrific athletes. They've got the best equipment that money can buy. Hell, every team they're sending over here has their own personal masseuse, not masseur, masseuse. But it doesn't matter. Do you know that every Mohawk competitor has an electrocardiogram, blood and urine tests every 48 hours to see if there's any change in his physical condition? Do you know that they use the most sophisticated training methods from the Soviet Union, East and West Germany, and the newest Olympic power Trinidad-Tobago? But it doesn't matter. It just doesn't matter.

And even, and even if we win, if we win, HAH! Even if we win! Even if we play so far over our heads that our noses bleed for a week to ten days. Even if God in Heaven above comes down and points his hand at our side of the field. Even if every man, woman and child held hands together and prayed for us to win, it just wouldn't matter, because all the really good looking girls would still go out with the guys from Mohawk 'cause they've got all the money!

What time you guys planning to drive through?

I might take Amtrack home Sunday night so I can work on Monday. I have Friday afternoon off so I could take the train up too if it's easier.
We'll pick you up on our drive Friday - it's free and on the way. If you stick around to Monday, we can drop you off... World Cup watchin' is gonna be fun
I'll stick around to watch the game on Sunday for sure.Just was trying to figure out Friday.

Kinda disappointed it didn't happen that way. :kicksrock:
