Random notes from my Cincinnati trip:

The Cincinnati airport is actually in Kentucky.

Guster is a phenomenal host and city ambassador. Can't say that enough. If you get the chance to take the "rooftop tour," do it. (I'm pretty sure he didn't even fingerbang my wife!)

The ballpark is awesome and we scored some great seats for two Cubs games. When you sit in the box seats they give a certificate if it's your first game at the GABP. Pretty cool. Unfortunately, both teams did not manage to lose.

Wednesday night after leaving Guster, I drank all of the bourbon in the city limits.

My brother and I ended the night at Madonna's, which evidently is a gay bar (who could have guessed?). Very nice gentlemen in there and very understanding when two drunken idiots walked out with their full drinks in hand.

After drinking all of the bourbon in Cincinnati, I spent the night on the hotel bathroom floor violently vomiting said bourbon back into the sewer system. JFC I felt like absolute death. Even Tuckers (where Guster assured me that I probably would not get shot) couldn't cut through the hangover. I couldn't stomach another drink for almost a whole day, it was so bad.

We did not eat Skyline. Sorry, GBGuster.

B) I have a board meeting today at Paddy's Bar & Grill. Our female president emailed us all to say she was looking forward to a very refreshing "Rader" at the meeting on this incredibly hot day. A "Rader" is beer and lemonade mixed together. Never heard of that in my life. And though I'd rather drink from the toilet, I could see it being a treat for the womens and men who eat sweets for breakfast.
