GM's thread about nothing (20 Viewers)

What are you guys doing with these redneck ACs? For the garage or something or are you actually going to use it in lieu of a real air conditioner?

I'll partner with someone for tiger fan leeg. In for 50% stake and 10% of the work.

Abe> eat a box of frog #####.
I made mine because my sons' room doesn't cool very well. They're constantly cranking down the thermostat because their room is warm while the rest of the house is cool. I hope that this will keep them from destroying my electric bill.
Julio just informed me that we owe $4900 in electricity bills for Casa Paloma. Sure, that covers five months of unpaid bills, but still, and someone can translate this into Spanish for me, #### ME.

Tell me more about these redneck solutions.
Why do you have a $1000 a month electric bill in a country you don't live in?
I rent the house out, and it stays pretty much fully rented.

Mind you, THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE CENTRAL AIR. There is no such thing in Nicaragua.
Some sort of hydroponics weed operation in the basement?

Hahahahahaha. Drug operation. Hahahahahahaha.

(You think this would work? I need an income source down there.)

Guys golf trip this weekend to a super fancy course 3 hours away. So looking forward to it seeing as my family is driving me crazy. Only problem is I haven't golfed in four years. Went to the range twice this week. It's not going to be pretty. Hoping for under 110.
Which course?
Giant's ridge
Nice.
Very fancy. Should destroy me. Looking forward to beer and hot cart girls.

I have been quite perturbed about having to attend a 50 year old BIL's wedding in Estes Park.

Until I realized I can purchase anti-perturbance drugs in storefront without a doctor's note or residency or anything.

For five days, how much should I invest> 10 grams? I don't smoke that much anymore.

Have they come up with a hybrid that won't make me eat Biafran at a Golden Corrale?

Turning everything off down?

OK, looks like we're up to 12, I think we have to cap it there. Cos, I think you have to partner with an existing member. I'll post the list of teams here in a sec.

Do any sites offer points for touchbacks? I set it up for standard kicker scoring at Yahoo.
:lmao: @ a 12-team league. Guppies.

Got the senior dog that my wife and I adopted last night - a border collie named Beau to go with the other border collie we already had named Luke (total coincidence with the Dukes of Hazzard names there). He got along wonderfully with our current dogs, and even stared at a sleeping cat for a good hour last night (to which the other border collie gave him a look as if to say "it never gets old staring at sleeping cats, does it?").

The "duke boys" (age 10 and 12) were actually playing with one another this morning. Hope to give this guy a nice, comfortable and safe home to live out his remaining days.

Glad to hear everything is working out.

So far so good. All three dogs slept on the floor in the bedroom last night with zero issues. No fights at all, not even a snarl from our other dogs. He is having some minor issues with stairs (going up them, he's fine going down), but I think that's due to the pulled/strained muscle in his leg more than anything else. That should heal up just fine. Now to find the same kind of food that his foster family has been feeding him. Closest place I can find that carries it is 30 minutes away.
