No you don't. You don't because your kids don't want you to die early from smoking related disease. And neither do we. You can do this. We love you.
Thanks. It passed. That was the closest I've come to caving.
Setting myself up for mockery here and that's cool......

I am trying to lose weight, and right now my first goal is to not eat fast food. The other day on my way home from a long work day, where I skipped lunch, I normally would have stopped at McDonalds to eat before going home to eat dinner :bag:

I didn't want to, but the urge was really strong...... I called a friend who's been on me to get in shape for years, and told him what I was going to do. He talked to me all the way home and I never did stop.

Pathetic, I know.

Mock away :bag:
No reason to mock. Fight the good fight, gb.
Damn straight. Do work, Pack.

I had an "Uncle" Gus. Nice guy, died of Parkinson's. My other Uncle John, every time he saw Gus, he would say "Hey it's Gus? Don't cuss, call Guss, he'll cuss for all of us!". Like all the way until he was in a wheelchair. Love my Uncle John, he's a funny ####er, but I'm pretty sure Uncle Gus's dying wish was to disembowel my Uncle John.
My grandpa died of Parkinson's. He was a WW2 guy in the Philippines. Wish I was old enough when he was alive to think to ask him some stories.
"Hey, Pop-pop? You ever get the clap in Manila?"
Exactly!
My grandfather told a story of getting crabs in Spain back in the day....who else was there at the same time and place, and also got crabs? Hemingway. So either my grandpa indulged in the #### with Hemingway, or banged the same skanks as him. .
"A Farewell to Pubes"

Man, I may have overdone it a little on the "have a couple morning beers in celebration of our first day at the new house" front. I need a burger and a nap.

When I got my first house, I drank a case of beer in the living room before we moved the furniture in

Sonny Crockett Owen was born at 1:53 PM, weighing 6 pounds, 15 oz and measuring 20" in length.

Time/date stamping my being able to say that I am decidedly NOT pregnant.

I dont know if it was the pregnancy hormones talking, but YSR told me that if I didnt take Jamaal Charles, that she would "hunt me down like the little ##### that you are"

You can do it GB. Breaking the fast food habit is really difficult but hang in there. After a couple of weeks, you won't miss it much at all.

Now I'm craving fast food. Thanks, jerkface.
:lmao: :lmao: I haven't had fast food in over a month and I was thinking the same thing for a minute. Instead I got all crazy and put a little Durkee's on my turkey sandwich.

1. Congrats, YSR!!! We need pics of Baby Tubbs, and Baby George Jenkins, too.

2. Has anyone ever dealt with a Realtor® who refuses to give advice? We're one week out from having seen a couple of houses that we would potentially make offers on, and despite numerous attempts I still can't get our person to give us an idea of what she thinks is a fair offer price. She keeps saying, "Well, you would have to figure out a price you're comfortable with." Yeah, of course we would, but she can't even narrow down a range for us or give an idea if it is fair as offered, 10% over where it should be, or what. Has anyone experienced this? I'm about to pull the trigger on a change in agents, even though I'd feel bad because she spent her time showing us the houses. It's extremely frustrating and bizarre.

3. I didn't actually think we were doing a league, and from FB it appears my partner is cavorting with his hot wife on a beach somewhere. I hesitate to make a pick without running it by him. Also, are there rules available somewhere? Are QBs worth 82 pts a passing attempt again this year?

I will ask my wife, who is a realtor. I don't know much about it, but it sounds like she is working for the seller and not representing you. Just ask her. If she isn't working for you, then get another realtor.

NOTE: I may be horrifically wrong here. And yes, I also think passing attempts are super highly valuable. Go big early with 2-3 QBs.

She isn't the listing agent for either one nor with the same company as the listing agents for those.

Communication has been an issue all along, and she's practically disappeared this week and when reappearing is giving us no valuable advice. I don't get it. We were using her because she seemed "normal" for an agent--not the crazy, high-pressure caricature--but maybe she is just too laid back or something. No sense of urgency or getting things done.

Thanks for the support guys.

I have a lot of work to do, it's going to suck and be tough as hell.

I am thinking about looking into that 'Couch to 5K' I think it's called? Anyone have a copy of that?

Started today by going to the park with DaughterPack. She dragged me off the couch to go play catch and soft toss. Felt great, but whoa, I'm sore as hell!

Thanks again!

Get a new agent.

Is the couch to 5k a program? I found it online, and thought it was just a schedule.
