You're a historically bad poster. I love when trolls look like morons.Do yourself a favor, don't start Hilton. Start White, you're about to tank your season bro.I have Roddy White. So suddenly, Hilton's looking good <_<I'm deciding between him and Thompkins as my WR3. I love the 14 targets for Thompkins last week. And the red zone looks. Plus, there are reports that Amendola may not play. May flip a coin.I'm interested to hear from Hilton owners this week.
He killed Miami last year, and I am wondering who you're benching to start Hilton.
bumpDisappointment is a product of expectation. Hilton's were too high and continue to be.Disappointing game for Hilton. About what can be expected from DHB.

I'm not sure if you noticed, but Hilton didn't have any catches with DHB out of the game in the 2nd half.bumpDisappointment is a product of expectation. Hilton's were too high and continue to be.Disappointing game for Hilton. About what can be expected from DHB.

I noticed he had 124 yards receiving. What does DHB's injury have to do with it? DHB wasn't around last year and Hilton lit it up in the second half of the season. DHB has ZERO impact on Hilton. This argument was one of the factors that lead me to keep him in my lineup, thanks.I told you that he's a must-start every week if you're going to bother having him on your team.
Actually the extra reps didn't help TY as he didn't have a catch in the 2nd half but 124 yards is still 124 yards.Touchdown There said:You are gloating about being right when DHB got injured and Hilton got some extra reps? Last year Hilton had Avery occupying the #2 CB so I'm looking forward to seeing how he does taking over the #2 role. He's in line for more targets, we'll see how well he can take advantage of them.JuniorNB said:I noticed he had 124 yards receiving. What does DHB's injury have to do with it? Me too. He should never be off the field. He's the Colts most dangerous weapon.Last year Hilton had Avery occupying the #2 CB so I'm looking forward to seeing how he does taking over the #2 role. Teams do not put their #3 cover guy on Hilton when he's in the game. DHB is the "starter" because he's a good run blocker. That's it. No team in their right mind would waste a #1 or #2 cover guy on DHB when Wayne and Hilton are on the field.Last year Hilton had Avery occupying the #2 CB so I'm looking forward to seeing how he does taking over the #2 role. He's clearly the better receiving threat... I'm not sure anyone is disputing that. But it's not that simple. The Colts seem determined to be a balanced offense, and Hilton can't block to save his life. They like DHB's outside blocking in the running game, so when he is healthy he'll still be very involved. And he's showing everybody why he should be the #2 every week.DHB also had to leave the game with busted ribs, and is questionable to return. Hilton's been playing as the #2 in all sets since then.
Exactly.DHB is the "starter" because he's a good run blocker. That's it.
While this is true, the center of the Colts O-line is a mess! Look for more toss sweeps, slants, screens, drags, etc. I think that benefits Hilton as he is quicker in that space. Griff Whalen is a decent 4th WR, so I don't think they lose much with DHB out.Exactly.DHB is the "starter" because he's a good run blocker. That's it.
Watched the game and it was Grimes. He did have him covered on the play but misplayed it and Hilton made a great catch. While this is true, the center of the Colts O-line is a mess! And yes, Grimes seemed to be the one on Hilton most of the time yesterday.
Yes, he was well covered by Grimes, who is the Phins best cover corner, and made a great play. Luck went deep a couple of other times, but Hilton was well-covered.I don't think Grimes misplayed it. Hilton just went up and got it over him, great play by T.Y.
This is good schtick right herety hilton will live up to his hype. trust me, i know. wow
deandre hopkins and ty hilton is the next generation. the next julio and aj green

(TheHuddle)Indianapolis Colts WR Darrius Heyward-Bey (shoulder) is expected to practice Wednesday, Sept. 18, or Thursday, Sept. 19. He underwent an MRI on his injured shoulder, but it did not show any problems.
Analysis: There isn't much fantasy value here, but having him on the field takes pressure off Reggie Wayne and T.Y. Hilton.
First DHB gets injured in week 2 and now Allen is out for the season. This can only be good for Hilton owners. Talk about blind squirrels...Hate seeing guys get hurt but Allens injury should really boost Hiltons value
It takes more than just being on the field to produce numbers or every wr in the league would be putting up 100 yard games just by virtue of being a starter. If he doesn't have the talent, the numbers won't be there. Talk about blind stupidity.First DHB gets injured in week 2 and now Allen is out for the season. This can only be good for Hilton owners. Explain his 5 touchdowns and 500 yards in the last eight games of 2012. Blind squirrels again? lol At some point, everyone will catch up to those who spotted his talent last year. Obviously, a few are quite far behind.First DHB gets injured in week 2 and now Allen is out for the season. This can only be good for Hilton owners. I thought he was an every week starter before this.Does this elevate Hilton into a WR2 every week starter or is he still more of a WR3/flex play?
It takes both talent and being on the field. The stupidity is in that he wasn't going to be on the field enough to produce those numbers. Without multiple injuries, Hilton would not have had a chance to justify his low-end WR2/high-end WR3 price tag in redrafts.It takes more than just being on the field to produce numbers or every wr in the league would be putting up 100 yard games just by virtue of being a starter. Dude, did you just start watching football this year? Injuries mean nothing to Hilton's success. I'm tired of gift-wrapping them for you, but look up his stats in the second half of last season. Then look up his stats this preseason. THAT'S why he was gaining buzz and his draft stock was where it was. After the first game, where Hilton only had 22 receiving yards, the coaches came right out and said they had to do a better job of getting the ball to Hilton. He is their Randall Cobb. Their best offensive weapon. The coaches weren't predicting injuries to DHB and Allen. They were admitting their mistake in not getting Hilton the ball.It takes both talent and being on the field. Of course they did. 124 yards receiving. So with DHB healthy, you pictured Hilton just standing around on the sideline most of the time after his excellent finish last season? No matter what the coaching staff said to the media, that wasn't going to be the case.It takes both talent and being on the field. The stupidity is in that he wasn't going to be on the field enough to produce those numbers. Not to let facts get in your way or anything, but Indy had 315 yards of offense in the 1st half, and only 133 in the 2nd. They didn't "adjust" to Hilton and shut him down, they shut down the entire Colts offense.124 yards in the first half. Miami adjusted and shut him down in the second half. This wasn't a one-half fluke. This has gone on since the middle of last season. The kid is a stud.124 yards in the first half. Miami adjusted and shut him down in the second half. Stud? He's had one horrible week and one good week. This has far from played itself out. However, the injury to Allen changes the complexion of things. As stated before the season even started, Hilton has much better odds of producing if either WR in front of him or either TE gets injured. Allen down, Hilton has a nice game. We'll see if it continues.With Allen done for the year I'd bump both Hilton and DHB.This wasn't a one-half fluke. This has gone on since the middle of last season. DHB way more involved than Hilton today. He looked solid doing it as well.Thru 3 weeks;
DHB, 14 targets, 10 rec, 102 yds
Hilton, 13 targets, 11 rec, 157 yds
Fantasy wasteland so far.
