It's a QBBC and it's also a good thing I didn't get rid of Cassel yet. Started him this past week and he helped me to the high points total for the week. Cassel could be the king of grabage stats this year. That's not a qbbc. That's a qb and a backup.Schaub/Cassel, looking like I may want to browse the WW to replace Cassel in this.
Yup. Planned on QBBCing him as well but instead I'll gladly take 20-25 every week, thank you, come again.Roethlisberger looking like a straight up fantasy starter so far. Thanks to the guy who sniped Cutler two picks ahead of me...
Ryan went in ROund 2 of my draft. 7 QB's gone by end of Rd 2. Cutler/Ponder.. and not happyMatt Ryan and RGIII here. Yeah, working out pretty well so far.dittoCutler/Flacco here. All systems go.
:bruised:romo/cutler looking nice
Lol that's not. QbbcMy brees/open spot Qbbc did awesome w2Ryan/Fitzpatcik....Killin it.
Those guys are fine. Patience.Thought Big Ben/Locker/Ponder would be a QBBC. But it's been all Ben thus far, and I'm not sure what to do week 4 with PIT on a bye.
I think the value is still there with Locker. They just need some kind of run game. Hopefully by Week 4-5 Britt adds another dimension and starts opening this up.'UKColt said:Rivers and Locker was drafted as a QBBC, but given how horrible Locker has looked I might use some of my RB depth to try and get RG3.
I have Peyton/Vick and am thinking about offering one or both of them for RGIII. Which one would you value more and am I crazy?'Rick James said:Didn't think Vick/RGIII would be a QBBC, but each has 1 start for my team so far. Playing matchups right now.Cutler/RGIII is also working out considering I started RGIII both times.
I started the season with those 2.I traded Vick, Marshall, and McGahee for Rodgers and Decker before week 5.Then when Rodger's bye came up, I dropped Cutler (vs Hou) and grabbed a recently dropped Dalton (YAY!).Soo.. I can't complain. Not feeling too comfortable with my Cutler / Vick combo!![]()
This is 20-20 hindsight. It could just as easily have been Ryan or Brady going down with a concussion, and then what would you have said about that strategy?I drafted Vick / Palmer, Romo / Luck, and Newton / Flacco (via auction) in my 3 leagues, and I'm sitting at a combined 20-10. Not despite them, because of them - because targeting a bunch of QB10/12 guys and lottery tickets allowed me to grab studs like Jimmy Graham and A.J. Green in all 3 of my leagues, while people were reaching for Brady, Stafford, and Ryan (and then fighting over the low-end RBs as a consequence).Personally, I hope the "stud QB or bust" mentality becomes even more pervasive leading into the 2013 fantasy season. It'll make it even easier for me to jam my roster full of studs / up-and-comers elsewhere. This was a tough year for QBs, to be sure, but in retrospect, might have been worth giving up a high value/solid depth RB and WR pick in these rounds for the consistency of reaching up for studs like Brees, Rodgers, Ryan and Brady (ranked in that order overall, 1 thru 4 in my main money league).
Update kinda like the way this Dalton/Schaub thing has worked outSchaub/Dalton/Wilson-QG
