I feel bad for Frank Gore... (1 Viewer)

Bodysnatcher

What an amazing running back to be stuck on such a ####ty team. Playing with an injured ankle, yet everytime they handed it to him, he was shredding up Seattle. However, they only had it to him 13 times which he converts to 72 yards... and they can't stick to the run game because of the awful play calling early that they are ALWAYS playing from behind. Then on the 4th down, his full back gets pancaked in a pathetic blocking attempt in a huge situation, falling sideways in front of Gore leaving him nowhere to go.

Gore is a beast, and if he played for someone like New England, it wouldn't even be fair. When are the Niners going to get some brains and start pounding Gore from the BEGINING of the game, and control the tempo?

i feel a lot worse for the receivers.

At least Gore has a chance to do something, the receivers have no opportunities in that offense.

I can't remember the last time I saw such an inept offense...

Oh wait..

It's coming back to me.

The 2004 & 2005 SF 49ers!

The 49ers organization is the poster child of mediocrity. The days of Young and Montana are over fanboys.

I disagree. The receivers are a huge part of the problem. Did you see how many pathetic drops they had out there? They are running lazy routes, and dropping clutch passes put right where they need to be.

Must've missed all the Ravens games this year then. They're equally inept.
Well, they're fun in in clownish kind of way. McNair was hilarious to watch this weekend. Who would be brave enough to watch a Ravens/49ers matchup? No alcohol. No drugs.
I thought about this exact thing tonight watching the Niners offensive puke-fest.How a team can be shutout by Cincy's D is beyond me. A good college team could probably at least get a field goal off.

Apparently, at least 67,972 were brave enough to attend the 9-7 crapfest they played on October 7th?Aforementioned crapfest

:kicksrock: err...Smith just sucks! Almost every pass he made was either short or overthrown! Passes thrown behind receivers. He just sucks!

I don't feel sorry for any of them. As they pull away in their 2008 Hummers or Corvettes in outfits that would take us a week to pay for, the feeling bad thing goes out the window.

How about feeling bad for this guy; The guy who makes 30,000 a year and every week he pays 50 dollars for a ticket. He pays 20 dollars to park, buys some pop/beers and some food and has to watch and pay for that crap while the guys on the field who are the ones performing like that are the guys who get the fancy clothes and cars.
