I've been sick since last Tuesday. Fever lasted three days and then I spent all of Friday night in the bathroom. I must have went 30 times.

This morning I felt a lot better but now I've become a gas factory. I feel super bloated but don't have to go to the bathroom and it's just building and building.

Wtf can I take? I've never felt like this. I feel like I'm going to spontaneously combust.

Find a health food store that carries acidophilus in a pill/capsule form, and make certain that it is a refrigerated product. I take one a day for a week after a ####scapade like you mentioned. Takes a couple of days, but boy does it help.

Drink a bottle of magnesium citrate followed by a glass of water. The results start in 1-5 hours and can be repeated every 12-24 hours as needed. Do not leave your house until the relief is complete.

It is usually found in the bottom shelf of the laxatives section and costs ~$3. It comes in a 10oz glass bottle with various flavors - grape (my fav), cherry, or lemon. Chilling it and then chugging it is best as it does not taste good.

That's what I was thinking when others said beer and Mexican food.

It helped. Maybe it pushed the gas over the top and allowed me to get it out.

Stomach flu. Says it's going around and the dude that was before me, throwing up all over the place had it too.

Says I should just hang out in bed for the next 3 days.

Says to not only buy the Imodium described above, but to double the dosage the first 6/7 times. No way I am doing that.

But I will sit at home for 3 days smoking dope and playing dark souls 2 and watching movies!!
