Pay for it anyway.
I was so happy that someone would do that this morning and I only wish the best for her. I knew it was the kiss of death and even told my wife this morning that I had a bad feeling about it.. At 4:30 pm today we had to put our dog down. Just two weeks ago he got a clean bill of health from the vet. In the last couple of days he wasn't eating as much and the blood test today revealed he was anemic and needed a transfusion and he was in a lot of pain. The vet said it was probably cancer and would need immediate aggressive surgery.
My day started out so well at the Caribou drive-thru. I knew it was too good to be true and I didn't see this coming. My wife is devastated and I lost my best friend.
