I even like to take it a step further:  I get a bottle of blue cheese, and add a container of blue cheese crumbles to it.  NOW THAT'S BLUE CHEESE!

If you ask for blue cheese salad dressing at Johnny's Cafe in Omaha they will ask if you want creamy, chunky, or both.  Easy choice.

I had that happen at BWW once and won't order wings there again.  Grossed me out.  I do like their Black & Bleu Burger.

I get that we're probably spoiled here, but it boggles my mind anyone goes to BW3's.

I prefer bleu cheese with my wings if it’s good bleu cheese.  But I love both.  I feel like bad bleu cheese can be really bad but I’ve had some horrible ranches too.  

This.  Some places ranch blows their bleu cheese out of the water and vice versa.  Really depends on the place for me.
