Based on the replies, it seems you're definately in the minority on this view. No. 16 wasn't the cheater, he was the cheatee. Stayed at work a little longer than expected and traffic is just brutal at this time, so I'm a little pressed for time. Hopefully I can catch you guys up on everything.

The last time you guys heard about Alyssa was last week after the dog died and we dropped off the body. We parted ways at the vet's office and that was that. Exactly. And if it were me back then in that exact situation, I'd have brought the ex flowers while letting her cry on my shoulder while hoping to brush some side boob. So, in the context of the type of disaster 16 has been, I think his interaction with Alyssa has been as good as reasonably expected. Also, as a guy who has slept with every single ex I've ever had at some points 6 months after the break-up (including the ex, a story I've never shared on here until now) I think it's incredibly cathartic and beneficial. He needs to realize 1) that initial feeling ain't there anymore and 2) he's still "good enough" to nail her.
