really started to micro manage my diet (as posted a few times, before I typically ate only once a day - dinner - so having 4-5 meals a day is completely new to me).So, I had some random nuts/raisins in pantry. Decided to mix up my own "trail mix". Note: Cashews are evil. 1 cup is like 900 calories. And tons of sat fat too. Going to stick with almonds and walnuts. "Meal Two" = 2 ounces of cashews (could have been worse, looked up calories as I ate), 2 ounces of raisins and an apple. Guess how many calories? a whopping 525. Had hard boiled egg whites (x3) and plain yogurt for #1, sushi for #3, so I prob made up for the waste of calories for #2.1325 for day so far. planning on a turkey burger and some grilled vegs for dinner, so I should stay under 2K (before beer).
