I wouldn't get too worried. 3 of Crow's 7 TD's have been inside the 5. IMO the threat of Manziel running only helps the RB situation. Not to mention Hoyer wasn't scaring anyone with his arm. I said it a month ago when the running game stalled. We'll see how it plays out, but I think the completion to the TE that Manziel had said a lot. The defender was used to Hoyer's velocity and thought he had the pick....Manziel's ball had way more zip, and that is easily noticeable.that's what i'd be worried about. As long as Manziel doesn't cherry pick all the goal line work I'm fine with that.
Hoyer said this is his team after the game. I think they are finally going to find out what the problem with the offense was. Cameron, Gordon, Crow, Manziel. This should be fun to watch whether they can get it done or not.
... Now if he doesn't practice tomorrow you can worry about Friday's practice report but Pettine has adopted a practice of sitting players on Wednesday. I don't think Joe Thomas has practiced once on Wed this year and Pettine typically will use any excuse to sit guys who have slight dings on Wed especially this late in the year.
