Dude this thinking is the reason why Gus wasn't fired last year. Total gut job isn't necessary unless switching to 34 defense.

Part of why Gus needs to be fired is he fits people into his defense instead of tailoring system to talent.




 

I didn't realize he was on the brink last year. The O had a big uptick in respect and a decent increase in yardage. I figured that was what people expected
