** Jets at Bills ** (-10, 43) (1 Viewer)

Jets...Bills...snow...December football that matters. Last Snow Angel wins...

Bills-27
J-E-T-S-20

Allen struggled in the earlier game versus the Jets, 2 INTs, 5 sacks, no TDs, only 17 points. He did damage on the ground, but if I'm the Bills, I want Singletary and Cook to be my leading rushers. Allen has been successful recently with the short passing game to McKenzie. I think Allen bounces back with a good game which will be higher scoring than expected unless the wind gets bad. I noticed in the last game that BUF doesn't get much pressure on the QB unless they blitz, which wasn't frequent.

Preface this by saying I don't gamble at all but that line of 10 seems quite high to me.
It’s in Buffalo and Mike White turned back into a pumpkin the last time he faced Buffalo. I could see the Bills covering easily - but hope you’re ultimately correct.

I’m just glad to see the Jets playing meaningful games in December - I’m hoping for a miracle win but don’t feel good about getting out of Buffalo with one.

I would love to take the Jets today but Buffalo is due to show folks they mean business.
Still, the Jets should be able to keep this relatively close.
Miller OUT for season for Buffalo, big impact on the defense in my humble opinion.

Still have to assume Buffalo wins a somewhat lower scoring affair.

Buffalo 24
NY Jets 19

allen not looking too good. maybe i guess jets have his number
I don’t think a bit of this is on Allen. This is 100% in the awfulness of the offensive line and an amazing job by Sauce breaking up that deep pass to Brown on the previous possession (and McKenzie just not making a catch on the last drive). That was a great throw to McKenzie on 3rd and long and he just flat out let it go through his hands.

The 3rd down pass to Diggs on the 1st drive was on Allen. (or the rain, if you want to go that way)

Buffalo’s O-Lina is terrible. The coaching staff either doesn’t seem to realize that, or is simply impotent to scheme shorter stuff around it that works.

IMO, the Bills really need to start lining up Cook and Hines in the backfield and passing it to them along with designing QB runs to neutralize pass rushers more.

Allen went for the difficult pass to Diggs (covered by Sauce) instead of the short 5+ yard pass to an open Cook who could've made a big play out of it.

If I'm Josh coming off the field after that 3rd down... "Hey, coach. If you're not going to go for it on 4th and short at mid field, can you tell me before the 3rd down play!?!?"

Who was that that went down? Was that Williams? Sucks either way, but if that is Williams, that would be awful for the Jets.

Oof. Yeah, it was. That sucks so much for the Jets. Sorry Jets fans. We know all too well how that feels.

If you play a drinking game where you have to drink after every sack given up or penalty by the Buffalo O-line, you’d end up dead.

Mike White looks great. The Bills need to blitz to get pressure. It's not their style, but an occasional blitz might prove more effective.

Dane Jackson just looks completely lost. Turned around on nearly every play. I don't understand how Elam can't get into this game.

Mike White looked like the last sack attempt might have cracked a couple ribs, just the replay and the look on his face
And that would be a decent outcome vs other things that could be wrong
I hope he's OK, tough as nails standing in there
