Jets at Patriots (1 Viewer)

God, the Jets had them on the ropes and instead of going for the knockout, they turtled and played themselves into OT.

shocker. The playcall with Tebow on 1st down was pathetic.
Ridiculous. You knew they weren't going to trust him throwing in that situation. So not only are you going ultra conservative, but you're telegraphing what you're going to run. It's not just the Jets. The whole NFL seems to play like they don't have a pair in that situation. It's gutless, and more often than not leads to the scenario that played out. They were 10x more concerned with playing not to lose (turnover) and how much time the Pats had to play with (fear of Brady) than they were about actually trying for the first down and getting a FG that would most likely win it, or a TD that has a much better chance of winning it. They weren't having trouble moving the chains the last drive, they just got in their own way and fumbled (figuratively) away a great opportunity to put NE away.

the crying (of WRs and TEs) for PI after almost every incomplete pass is getting old. Stop crying and catch the ball. The old school DBs probably can't watch this stuff.

Hernandez never said a word on either play, it was mostly the Pats sideline I think.
