Then again, there really wasn't a single interesting legal or social issue her either - aside from providing the worst case scenario come to fruition for those of us who have dated unstable crazy chicks.

I don't think it is a retrial. It is another trial with jury to determine if she should get the death penalty or life in prison

Correct. They aren't re-trying the first "trial" to determine her guilt. This is only a "re-trial" of the "second trial" where the jury determines whether she should be put to death.

I happened to look up the Gary Gilmore case today, and saw that he went from murder (July 19, 1976), to conviction (October 7, 1976), to execution (January 17, 1977) in 6 months.

That is just insanely fast.

It's just straight up how Jodi has much shorter hair (there is a pic) what Juan said, what the defense lawyers said, How the families look/reactions, etc. Just like what you'd tweet out if you were in there. Nothing NG like. Go ahead, check it out. You don't have to report back here that you checked out her tweets so noone would know...
