Joe> I'd like to buy Footballguys.com (1 Viewer)

I feel like Joe is to this place what Old Testament God was to humanity.

He created it, he took an active interest in it, and from time-to-time would speak directly to its residents and even take actions to influence things that happened here.

Then, as time went by, he would engage only through carefully selected emissaries, and even then on very rare occasions.

Today, it feels like he's gone away completely and many people doubt he ever existed at all. Most who once shared a meaningful connection with him know he still exists but don't believe he takes an interest in our daily affairs. But a faithful few keep faith that he is out there and will one day return, bringing with him the hopes of a great season for all.
This was fantastic.

I feel the need to smoke a cigarette after The Man's post.

Meanwhile, MOPe thinks its missing a little something and feels the need to try and put a smile on the Mona Lisa.

I'm looking forward to when his son arrives.

You can buy the GMTAN from me right now for $7.89
We've factored this into our offer price, believe me. Regrettably, and I can only be honest with you about this, the current forecast is to dismantle the GMTAN thread. The fact is that thread keeps far too many elite tier posters from participating in all of the other threads, and on the whole thereby imparts a negative effect on content quality and user experience for the entire FFA. I'm sorry, but I hope you'll understand.

Best,

340

I haven't mentioned this yet, but once we get close to signing, my plan is to halt the agreement unless Joe agrees to free Zartan.

Only thing missing is that emoji where the hand drops the mic.

Well, then it pains me to say this but you brought it upon yourself.

This little idea of yours? Not new. And though my original thread has been pruned, I offered to buy the FFA years ago, mate. Maybe Joe can resurrect my initial thread from the dead to prove to you that this idea is not new, nor fresh. Like your clown wenis between your legs, it comes up short.

When the parents argue it is us kids who get hurt.

#273, or was it 237, or 173, I forget.

BTW, whatever my member number it was earned through having nothing better to do than refresh a screen, not purchased.

Who's notebook has the original member numbers. I think I was 173 and in the change ended with 273, but I have forgotten precisely.

Loving all the member number amnesia up in here. Is that a thing?

Wait, where did the member numbers go?
Taken away for our own good, along with the search function and half the interesting posters. Now we have Timsochet, Hondas, and no search function. Previously we had a free for all and a wonderfully testy Shick. This was all done for our protection by the Most Benevolent One.

How will bored upgrades be handled under the new regime? Will the 56 week troubleshooting period for the new upgrade still be in effect?

Wait, where did the member numbers go?
5 digiters complained.. something about "microagressions" and the FFA not being a "safe space".
That's not true, is it? No way.

Otis, if you can reverse the wussification of America by reinstating member numbers, I'll bow out of this one and shut down the GMTAN for the good of all.

What a world.
How about the member numbers from the very first iteration of FBGs? There was a mass wipe/re-signup a couple of years after the site went live.

JB's accountant are in Tennessee they need a bottom line number, not a bunch of pieced together valuations.
