A horrible idea. Theisman is death to broadcast booth chemistry everywhere he goes. He bickers with his co hosts and says the most ignorant things. He's a horrendous broadcaster and this is a bad move by the otherwise incredible network.

The NFL Network TV crew has been crap since the network started airing games. I wish they would have replaced Millen with Theismann instead of going to a 3 man booth. Who knows, maybe Theismann will call Millen an idiot and provide some entertainment arguing with Millen. At this point, the crew can't get any worse though.

He's better than Millen and Papa. Anyway they can get Mike Patrick and Paul McGuire up there and reunite the Sunday Night Football crew form the 90s? "Look at this feet!"

Couldn't agree more that NFLN has the worst guys in the biz, and this just made them take another step down. Really though I can't think of a crew on any network that I think is really solid. Either the play by play guy is boring and unenthusiastic about the game or the color guy is just a name that has one too many concussions. Say what you will about Gruden but I love his enthusiasm for the game. It's just the rest of the crew that I can't stand. Really I wish some of the big networks would recruit some of these outstanding play by play guys that do local radio. I love the NFL.com highlights with the local calls.

...If only radio could be synced to TV.

I have to admit, I actually miss Theismann sometimes. He's annoying, but he's much more entertaining than many color guys. I liked the old SNF booth (Patrick, Theismann, McGuire) more than the current MNF booth (Tirico, Gruden, Jaworski).

No network built around a smarmy dooshbag like Rich Eisen is an incredible network. Lose the passive aggressive muckraking bumlicker and I'll watch it.

McGuire is where he belongs - in the UFL. I wish NFL Network would go with Deion and Faulk in the booth as they did late in the year for some games. Get rid of Millen and Theismann and go with them.

Thiesman is horrible. Some of the ridiculous things he says makes it amazing that he was ever an actual quarterback. He sucks the life out of the booth. Horrible decision.

The only person worse than him is that fat tub of ignorance Jamie Dukes. He must have nekkid pictures of someone's mom or something. He is just brutal.

I love Mooch and Deion together. They are money. Great chemistry. Mooch is one of my favorites on that channel.

Lets not get carried away. Theisman did win a Super Bowl. He may not be a great announcer but he is an excellent NFL player. Rip him as an announcer but give him props as a player.

Theismann is HORRRRIBLE.....

He has this Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm mindset where everything is sunny and rosy, and anything the Redskins do is a good thing.

Last week, I nearly fell out of my chair when he said that Santana Moss has "Cris Carter hands". Moss on the next series promptly dropped a pass.

None of these crews stop from me watching a game nor cause me to watch a game that I would not ordinarily watch. Especially with the improved graphics, all but the absolute worst or best just fade out as background noise.

I think Joe T. is hilarious and his voice just goes with football..he's over the top with his statements which makes him entertaining. thumbs up to NFL network.. the rest of their crew is terrible, worst in the biz.
