Jogger pushes British pedestrian into path of bus (1 Viewer)

Curious if anybody besides my wife saw this?

make sure to watch the video- pretty nuts.

no matter who it is, pretty psychotic behavior on that video and some great last second reflexes from the bus driver. but I'm sure if it turns out to be an investment banker from the US as has been indicated, feathers will be mightily rumpled. if he was from NY, it'd be even moreso.

The surveillance video shows the 33-year-old woman walking across Putney Bridge at approximately 7:40 a.m. on May 5. A male jogger can be seen knocking her into the road and into the path of an oncoming bus, which narrowly missed her.

The bus missed the woman by inches, according to the Evening Standard. When the jogger came back the other way on the bridge, she tried to speak to him, but he ignored her, according to authorities.

They caught the guy.

ETA Actually see you referenced him and that he claims he was in US at the time...

Why did this take 3 months to get released to public?

This reminds me of something that happened when I was in 8th grade. My cousin and I just finished playing basketball at an open gym - my uncle comes to pick us up and wants to see the facilities. So we're showing him around and stop on the elevated running track that's above the basketball courts. A jogger comes through and just plows my cousin out of the way and keeps running. It wasn't a crowded track or anything, the guy could have easily ran around him. So anyway, my uncle stands in the same exact spot and waits for him to come around again - and sure enough the guy plows right into my uncle and my uncle proceeds to throw an entire medium sized cup of Dunkin Donuts on the guy - completely soaking him. The guy sort of comes at him and I can still remember the sound of my uncles hands slapping his coffee-soaked upper torso... and then shoving him up against the rail - for a minute I thought he was going to throw him over. The entire gym goes silent - everyone on the courts below completely stop and are watching what's going on. My uncle let's the guy go and we make a fast getaway.

I don't often advocate violence, and particularly so not sucker punches or the like, but this situation called for a surprise clotheslining of the offender.

If this really is the guy, extradite his ###. What the holy hell was he thinking? Are runners usually this dooshy?

Maybe it was the same former Lehman Bros employee that KTFO of **** Fuld while he was jogging on a treadmill in the company gym.

Hmm, this type of behavior is more typical of bikers.  And they're more difficult to identify as they flash past in their sponsor jersey and leggings.
