I know the Jets designated John Abraham as franchise player. I did not find how Abraham took this. Is he gonna sign it and play, hold out?Thinking of keeping him. I know the risks of injury, but when he plays the guy is dangerous and I think the best pass rusher in the NFLHelp me out Jets fans

Not much new to report. He refused to sign the tender, so he can't participate in practices until July 15. It's unlikely he'd hold out, but I'm not sure the Jets will offer him a contract this year. He is great when he plays, but he dissappears in the playoffs. My guess is the Jets will either tag him again next year, or let him go. It really depends on whether or not he shows both the desire to play when dinged up, and his actual durabilty. He should be there at camp in July.
