Addai active, but Carter will start vs. ATL Joseph Addai (knee) is active for Week 9, but Delone Carter will start against the Falcons.It's not clear if Addai is only in the "emergency" role. Carter has finally started to make defenders miss the past two weeks. The Colts owe it to themselves to see what he can do with 15+ carries regardless, though he's still just a flex play this week. Colts inactives: WR Blair White, QB Peyton Mannig, CB Terrence Johnson, CB Prince Miller, OG Seth Olsen, OG Joe Reitz and DT Drake Nevis.
