I'm getting really sick and tired of these fantasy blurbs and comments when the interpretation and speculation conclude things different than what was stated.If you read READ the article, that's not what it says. It says he was taken out for three plays in the Pats game in the last minute . . . when those plays were passing downs. And he was not in on one series the next week . . . again with the team in catch up mode (another passing situation).Edwards even SAYS THAT in the article. “He’s not being phased out,” Edwards said. “Our plans are always to get him the ball. But as the game played out, when it got late in the third quarter, we went into a different mode of having to try to throw the ball. We had the ball for only 5 minutes in the third quarter. We were in a mode of trying to catch up. When they took that big lead, we had a whole different personnel group in there. We got away from the run because we had to throw the ball.”So I do not get a sense that Johnson is no longer going to play deep in the red zone or lose goal line carries. And certainly no one from the team said it, it is the opinion of the writer.Totally misleading in my book.
as a wary LJ owner, something tells me the guy is gonna go for about 130 and 2 tds this weekend against ATL..
