When I saw that play I was a bit surprised as well. Blount on a quick screen at the line was unexpected, and the guy made a great play to hold Blount to a short gain. From what I saw the first string offense ran through Blount, and Martin was a COP 3rd down guy . But it wasn't like the competition was stiff, so who really knows where this is going.Any Bucs fans here going to camp or pouring over camp reports? The most interesting (perplexing) play I saw was when Blount lined up outside and Freeman hit him right off the snap. Thats not a typical play for a guy like Blount who is a big back with not a great hands reputation. Its more like a CJ Spiller/Reggie Bush type of play for a RB. Is this just one random happenstance or is there a trend of involving Blount in the passing game. (PS he made a technically sound catch)
