IF the above is also true for most of us, we should strongly consider selling ALL of our 1* and 2* heroes.

The SA challenge only gives 5 points for duping a 1* and 10 points for duping a 2*. BUT, it gives those same respective points for EACH level you raise a 1 or 2*. Rank is irrelevant.

Given this, if you sell ALL of your 1 and 2*s, and then when you get a new one, you immediately level them to 10 and sell them again, you'll be generating 100 points per 2* draw instead of 10 points. And the majority of crystals we open give us 2*s.

I think if we utilized this method, we could score higher in the SA challenge, and get 4*/5* crystals at a faster rate.

The only downside is that when you sell a 1/10 2* you only get 30 3* shards, versus 55 for duping. I think the benefits greatly outweigh that sacrafice though.

Once you get to this point, you're not doing many rank ups anymore.

All I want is to get a 5* asap.

 
Woot, I don't have a Dr Strange and was watching some of your videos--Does he always get his power rising like that or is that a mastery you have?

Any future 2* I get will be leveled to 10 and sold immediately.

I say we try for the above 70% bracket each week. We can do it!

 
I have all my 2* at 3/1 so that i can maintain endless streak in the 3* arena, but with the low scoring and high cutoffs I almost feel that the 4* arena is more lucrative. Hmm Your strategy makes a lot of sense Hulk. Will need a little time to think about it before I sell my 2* off. I will say that I am also drowning in ISO. I have no idea what to do with all the tech ISO I got from duping Hulkbuster. I maxed my 3* Vision and Starlord and could still probably take another 3* to max.

My idea I posted in chat to prevent the alliances disbanding is to have an AQ qualification tier. It's a 1-time thing that you need to pay a steep entry fee to get into. You then need to run quest 1 and at least defeat a single Ultron every day during the AQ event. You don't have growing prestige that makes life difficult, but forces you to start a mission daily and spend treasury resources. There are no rewards in this tier, only the promise of future rewards in the real AQ. Once you complete this you join the Training Tier and can never drop back down. Ultimately I think Kabam will need to expand the tiers as well.

 
For the AQ, I don't think running map 3 everytime will ultimately matter in the end, we will just finish higher in the "you almost got a 4*" reward. No matter what, we can't compete with the teams that are dropping down and can do map 4 and 5.

Maybe we try map 3 each time but don't go all out on buying revives/health pots, just to see how we do. IF we play smart, and send people down the correct paths to negate bleed/poison, don't run into buffed guys, and try to use class advantage as much as possible, I think we can complete map 3 with all 3 teams. Each team completed it last time, just never on the same day, so the fire power is there, we just need to harness it correctly. Also, we don't have anyone start the quest and then sit at the starting line.

Just curious--How much ISO would it cost to get a 2* to level 10?

I can completely punt on ranking/leveling 3*s. I only have so many 4*s. That means excess iso for me.

FWIW, you get iso when you sell them also. Not as much as you put in, but you get some back, as well as some gold.

I'm just going to assume that means you're still considering my offer to return to your humble beginnings.

Also congrats on taking those whiny bastards down a few pegs. They're the worst.

 
I haven't had time to run many quests or grind arena lately, and haven't duped any 4*s, so with pushing for level ups and rank ups I'm out of both gold and iso.

Once I build my stash back up I would be in though. I doubt I'll ever grind the 3* arena again, so 2*s are worthless besides the dupe class iso.

 
I'm just gonna go for it and sell all 1s and 2s. Never going to use them except for sandbagging, and the extra gold and iso will help me finish ranking a couple 3s and 4s.

 
A bit late, but here are the masteries i use for Arena and used for finishing RoL.

Advantages:

- PI increase

- increased crit rate and damage

- willpower and increased healing

- parry and evade for getting hit less

I miss tapped on the greater strength level 2, wanted to use that mastery to max precision. But since level 60 is out i will get enough mastery points, so not worth it to rebuild it.

 
It's not that bad once you get used to it. Follow the advice from earlier in the thread. As I see it the only risk is the sandbag match ups.

 
Wanted to finish T4 arena and go for venom and Ms Marvel asap. Well that plan goes down the drain.

I could stop the t4 and get 4* ms Marvel, or get T4 and smaller chance at Venom and Ms marvel...

 
T4 is more important to me at this point. 2 more, and I can move Strange to 4/40. More 4 stars is nice, but I'm probably not scoring high enough in the arenas to win one anyway.

Also, I'm getting about 1 4* shard crystal / week, give or take a couple days.

 
Ugh, I was so close to another milestone too on another arena and its down. Annoying.

I think once you get there, Rank 3 / 1 will keep your infinite streak going.

As for number of champs at that level, I would suggest as many as you can, but no less than 6 complete teams that can keep endless ( and it's been forever since I did a 3* arena, so you may need 8 or 9 to compete these days )

Also note the higher your team PL, the higher you score in each match, so it may be better to run those champs up to 3/20 or beyond to lessen the number of matches you'll need to compete.

 
Thanks, I appreciate it! Right now I hate waiting for the 4-5 matches you need to have your PI above 6k since I only have 7 4*'s.

When you use units to refresh, do you have to wait at all after that?

 
With seven 4* you could keep recharging the top 2 and using them with the other 5, one at a time. 40 units for 5 lucrative battles is good imo if you're looking to invest units in the arena. That's how I won and duped IF (noob bracket LONG ago). I spent about 600-800 units on each run for him, still the best units I've spent.

Mj pointed this out but again, boosts increase your arena scores pretty significantly. Also, if you're overmatched in arena, boost your heroes, the boosts will apply to the matchup you just drew.

Be picky when using boosts, they're pretty valuable imo, I wish I had more.

seriously, every time I log in to try to do a T4 round it is down. I still haven't got my arena rewards, the noobs who kept opening crystals after we said not to all get 3* Guillotines, I get stuck with a 2*.

Then to top it off that new guy tells me not to say Jesus or Christ in chat as it offends him. I should kick him before the summoner advancement awards are handed out

 
still down for me....and probably killing my t4 chances unless I spend credits(which I don't really have)

But the tier one healing potion they'll give me for the downtime will make up for it.

Once you get to endless opponent PI drops and thus so do your scores. You'd need to constantly refresh and spend a crapload of units to get the 4*. You'll need over 3 million for the basic hero.

I have no idea if he was serious or not. And his friend won't join who has spent thousands in the game, what the heck.

 
Just under 750k. I'll probably get there....unless it's down for half a freaking day. I have 7 legit teams for endless now, so each "round" of seven if netting me a little under 110k.

It's still bull####. I actually have time tonight and don't have to work tomorrow. Chaps my(and Jesus') a$$.
