We should drop buddies and just assign groups IMO. Simpler

If we were all the same time zone, and all on at the same time I think buddies would work. But having a partner with the opposite classes as me only works if we are both moving down the path at the same time. If I take fight 1 and then wait for my buddy to logon and do fight 2 it is wasting time, then we end up having to wait for the team on path #2 to clear nodes for us.

Maybe we set up teams with each team having 3-4 guys that are always on right away to start the group and get the first buffs down in each path, then 3-4 guys who normally login in the evenings to finish the paths? No set partners, just look at which path gives you the class advantage

It would also be nice if we can get the teams grouped where we can get group 3 started almost right away so they aren't always 2 hours behind.

I was working on this yesterday and today. I ended up figuring a top 4 for each group, MJ is going to post it on the general board and I'll post here. The guys I assigned either have a 4* 4-40, multiple duped 4s, and/or are just generally more active with the AQs. Tried to spread out classes as evenly as possible. The guys in group 3 generally like to join later so putting them in group 3 instead of 1 or 2.

Everyone else can spread out evenly. The problem with trying to assign EVERYONE to a specific group is in unlocking groups 2 and 3 imo. We can't nail down everyone's schedules exactly all the time, and if too many guys assigned to group 1 and then 2 don't show up for a while then we're screwed in getting all maps started.

Feel free to comment or make any suggestions but let's try this for the next map-

I think this is our best bet. Assigning everyone to a group is too hard to coordinate. I can't post them all in alliance board, and not everyone comes in here. And there's always the handful of guys that just hop into whatever group they feel like joining.

You need a core to unlock each level, and 30 to put a point in each level, so

550x3 + 30x3 = 1740 units to max.

KABAM said they got rid of them according to MJ. Who knows with how often they're changing things.

I thought they might alternate the 7 day rankup+crystal event with a 7 day levelup+crystal event, but hasn't happened yet.

At some point they will have to change the 7day. Lots of alliances will start to run low on the number of rank ups they can even do. I can't remember the last time I added a new 3* for example.

Plus there's only so many Cats you can farm every week.

You need a core to unlock each level, and 30 to put a point in each level, so

550x3 + 30x3 = 1740 units to max.

2 cores to unlock willpower itself, then 1 core for each level + 30 units. That makes 2.290 units.

Don't forget you need 15 points on defense before you can unlock. To maximize the benefit of the heal, take Recovery too. Costs 6 cores of 135 units to unlock (810 units and some for each level).

Did cost me about 2200 units and didn't get last level of willpower yet. When finished it will cost around 3000 units. Something to look forward to.

Correct, Kabam said it will only be the continuous 7 day event.

Not sure how everyone else is sitting on rank ups, but I am pretty tapped out until I can get more cats.

If we decide to go for the 7-day advancement again, I think it might be a good idea to hold crystals for a few days and see where we sit. If it looks like we'll hit again we open everything, if not then we hold until the next week, maybe even have a chance for the 41-70% rewards?

I read on reddit some alliances hold everything until the last day then open if they will hit 160k. That seems like too much of a pain to me but I don't mind holding crystals a few days.

I am on board with this. Like yesterday, once we hit the 160k milestone everything stops until the next one starts.

With the way Kabam has structured things we would need at least 12 emergency maintenances over the 3 day alliance event to reach just the level 1 potion and 500 alliance chips reward. Not worth it imo.

Group 1 finished pretty easily, Group 3 might barely scrape by, Group 2 doesn't look like will finish.

Our prestige is going to go up and will be more difficult, so-

-do we try Map 3 again as is? Probably would only get 1 win this way from group 1.

-Map 3 again but front load Groups 1 and 2? this would probably get us 2 wins.

-or do we drop back to Map 2 and go for 3 wins? I think we were scoring 1.7-1.8 million on map 2 last time once our prestige was up. This might not be far off from what we'll score this round. Let's see how we finish

People continually are making bad decisions and going the wrong ways. We can't beat this map with that happening.

We have 2 open spots in the alliance, filling these will reduce the waiting times and add an extra power boost.

So Greg, one of those sports is for you to fill up. No pressure

Biggest problem is stupid path selections. Choose paths to help each other, don't take a path which is almost fully cleared whilst other paths are still fully blocked, etc. Just think for 2 seconds.

It also helps to actually read the chat, both alliance and battle group chat. Yesterday MJ said several times that once Collossus was down he wanted to take the Mystic path to let Dr regain his health but he was waiting for energy. Fourier joined and ran down that path saying he was in class and didn't have time to read the chat. It takes 15 seconds to scroll up the chat and see what plans may have been made already. No need to go LEEROY JENKINS on the team.

From what I've read, around 8.5 mil should be enough for top 100 to get the 4* in AQ. So run the numbers on that with whatever we end up with after this run, 3 days remaining.
