I don't think the correct answer is listed.

The answer is 33.33% (1 in 3)

There are only three different answers listed. The fact that one of them is listed twice is immaterial.

There really is no question being asked. What the OP question is implying, but more importantly not asking is:

If you choose to answer any 4 option multiple choice question by random choice, what is the chance you would be correct?

a) 25%

b) 50%

c) 60%

d) 25%

The answer would be A and/or D.

If you are buying pizza, and a 7 inch pizza is 1/2 as much as a 14 inch pizza, are you indifferent?

Looks like a question to me.

There is no correct answer listed as one of the available choices. If the "correct answer" is 25%, then there's a 50% chance you would randomly choose it, since it's two of the four available choices, which means the correct answer isn't, in fact, 25%. If the correct answer is 50% or 60%, then there's a 25% chance you would randomly choose either of them.

No question is being asked

A and D are unique answers regardless of their equivalent value

...so I'm not sure what to do here
