Middle Aged Dummies!! Artists #1's have been posted!! (6 Viewers)

I have to admit, I am struggling hard to figure out how these things are supposed to be submitted.

So ... each entry in the Google Form. Are they supposed to look like this:

#1 -
Joe Blow Blues
htt ps://open.spotify.com/track/joeblowblues

or are they supposed to look like this:

#1 -
Joe Blow Blues

???

EDIT: All right, I took a chance. I did them all like the top option above. Hope it flies 🦅
Top is correct

Assuming you filled out the form with your FBG handle etc, type the song title in the space provided. Hit ENTER. Paste your YouTube or Spotify link right there.

Go to the next entry.

31 Heart selections by album:

Dreamboat Annie (1975): 2
Magazine (1977): 1
Little Queen (1977): 4
Dog & Butterfly (1978): 1
Bebe Le Strange (1980): 4
Private Audition (1982): 1
Passionworks (1983): 2
Heart (1985): 5
Bad Animals (1987): 4
Brigade (1990): 3
Rock the House Live! (1991): 1
Alive in Seattle (2003): 2
Jupiter's Darling (2004): 1

Alive in Seattle could be three selections, because it has a fantastic rendition of one of my top Heart songs. I went with the studio version, but the live one kicks arsze, too.

#1 just post the link to the song and hit return.

Not quite -- had to both both title and link. And in a certain form (Title on one line, Link on the line under).
The directions said: When you enter song title, you don't have to type out title of song. Just put in the Spotify or YT link and the MB puts the title in automatically.

* I didn't bold that. It was like that on what I copied.

Dreamboat Annie deserves more than 2, IMO.

Then in a subsequent post:

It's VERY important that you :
1) Type the Song Title First.
2) Most important thing - Then press RETURN BUTTON so so link is on the next line.
3) enter song link.

This also threw me off, from the initial set of instructions:

When you enter song title, you don't have to type out title of song

Yes, the second set of instructions supercedes the first.

In that case, all should be good

I only read the first set which said ALSO IMPORTANT. He didn't ask me to edit and put in the song title, which I would have. Sorry Zegras if it messed anything up for you.

You are a River of Deceit.

So, about the Electric Light Orchestra / ELO

Xanadu Soundtrack – 2
I’m way more excited to see Xanadu soundtrack on your list than I should be.

My older sister LOVED that movie and soundtrack. As we only had one record player and stereo in the house we had to share our musical choices. This was big in the rotation for a couple years. She liked the ONJ songs best and I liked the ELO songs best.

We got together last summer with our other sister and played a bunch of old records and Xanadu was one of them. We were all still able to sing along to all the songs and were crying laughing the whole time.

Most of the Xanadu songs are money -- both from ELO and from ONJ.

So I will work on those now. Don't know how long it will take, but we might start tomorrow night.
So there will be a #31 thread started tomorrow?

Lucky man who doesn't have to vet eligibility! :)
