Mike Goodson - RB Carolina (1 Viewer)

Granted... Carolina stinks.

But this guy gets the start. DWill, JStew, and TSutton are all OUT. Carolina will most likely run early and often as long as the game is not out of hand.

I picked this guy up because I have DMC, MBush, RBush, and Jennings on bye. BJGE is playing PITT D. And Crabtree has an inexperienced QB who will most likely hand off to Gore all day long.

Upside? Anyone else take a flier on Goodson today?

STARTING over donald brown.not really a tough choice.-biz-
Well, if you look at the productivity of IND RBs compared to CAR RBs, and if you look at the matchup of the respective teams, I would submit that Brown is a better start. If you are lacking a starting RB because of injuries then Goodson is a sneaky play, but with a rookie QB, a horrendous OL, I just don't see why people expect Goodson to have a great day.

FWIW, Sutton looked pretty good early in the game last week against New Orleans.

It's not really sneaky...its a very obvious choice. If he wasnt rostered in all of my leagues before the news, I'd be starting him for sure.

For shallow leagues or those that arent really competitive...he obviously should be picked up and started this week.
