Armstead was the 49ers best defensive player this season. But yeah, pro bowl voters care more about names and stats that actual play. Sacks are like TD's, they are nice, but not super meaningful in determining how well someone is playing.

I was just busting out his top 15 sack prowess. He led the 49ers, largely considered along with B'More and PItt and NE to be the best defensive units at the end of the year.I knew it was a far cry from All-Pro, just pointing out.
